    YRKP is a fantastic destination for yoga enthusiasts! Kes and Teresa are both incredible instructors who are deeply dedicated to yoga. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to enhance their practice.

    I had an amazing experience with Ashtanga Yoga at The Yoga Retreat. The teachers were dedicated and the people there were warmhearted, funny, and almost wise 😉 The shala was beautiful and the vibes were good. When I return to Koh Phangan, I will definitely go back to The Yoga Retreat. Thank you Teresa & Kes ❤️

    I had a fantastic two weeks practicing ashtanga yoga at this location. It seems to be the only place with a SYC authorized teacher at the moment. In addition to the yoga sessions, I loved having breakfast and engaging in conversations after practice. I highly recommend trying the Friday Indian buffet – the food is absolutely delicious. We look forward to returning in the future. Xoxo

    A fantastic yoga studio operated by exceptional individuals and instructors. My spouse and I savored every aspect of the environment, from the personalized attention during our yoga sessions, to the delicious food at the eatery, the scenic jungle vistas, and most importantly, the wonderful companionship of the people we met.     This place is a fantastic opportunity to learn, refresh, relax, and connect with fellow passionate practitioners of Ashtanga Yoga. The food is incredibly delicious, the morning classes from Monday to Saturday are top-notch, and the yoga teachers Kes & Tres excel in adjustments, conducting classes, meditation, philosophy, and more. They are also funny and easy to connect with. This is the perfect place to recharge your energy and enhance your yoga journey. I have learned so much during my time here and believe there is still so much more to learn from the Masters.     As a beginner in ashtanga yoga, I had a wonderful experience at this studio. The teachers were knowledgeable and accommodating, providing free yoga mats, water, wipes for sweat, and even a free trial for new students. The spacious studio with a view of the forest made the practice even more enjoyable.

    If you enjoy sweating, finding balance, improving focus and flexibility, and sustaining your lotus pose for longer periods, this is the perfect place for you. I am grateful to have learned from these experienced teachers.

    Hello everyone, I wanted to share my experience at the Yoga retreat. It was a fulfilling and enjoyable stay. Teresa assisted me with my visa documents in a gentle manner, while Kes guided me through Asthanga Yoga with a firm yet tender approach. My room was simple yet comfortable, with an outdoor shower that allowed me to admire the sky and tropical vegetation. The Yogashala offered a breathtaking view of the jungle, with the mountains covered in lush trees, flowers, coconut palms, and various plants, accompanied by the beautiful sounds of birds creating a symphony of nature.     I hold this retreat centre in the highest regard as my favorite and most treasured memory. The staff and yoga teachers were incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making me feel as if I had found my second home. Participating in the Mysore program, I experienced significant growth in my practice during the 14 days spent there. I wholeheartedly endorse this place and eagerly anticipate my return visit!

    I had an amazing experience exploring the philosophy of yoga, various meditation techniques, and pranayamas with Teresa. Her courses are dynamic and creative, and she provided me with invaluable guidance as I learned the intricacies of teaching yoga. Teresa’s patient and attentive approach helped me improve my skills and confidence, culminating in my ability to lead a yoga class for multiple students.

    Exploring different chakra meditations and the benefits of pranayama and meditation was truly eye-opening. These practices are crucial in calming the mind, managing anxiety and depression, and even improving overall health through better oxygenation.

    I am grateful for the opportunity to train with Teresa and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for this life-changing journey.
