However, I decided to give Inner Walk a chance despite my reservations. To my surprise, the experience was truly incredible. The sense of flow, connection, and clear thinking allowed me to connect with myself in a way I never thought possible. I highly recommend giving it a try. By the end of the four-day session, I found myself wishing for more. Kai, the instructor, was fantastic – charming, knowledgeable, and easy to converse with. From noon to 5 on Monday to Thursday, a four-day retreat is offered for those who wish to be guided in practice. The retreat operates on a donation basis, with payment made through dedication.
What makes this place truly special is that it is open to all who respect and honor its space. In the mornings, there is an informal group of inner walkers who gather for short or extended walks before the main retreat session begins at 11:30.
