Here’s a sneak peek of the activities we have in store for you:
– Start your mornings with yang style yoga classes, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Yang, and even Aerial yoga.
– In the evenings, wind down with yin yoga classes, including Yin, Restorative, and Aerial Yin.
– We’ll also have daily meditation sessions for you to relax and find inner peace.
– Don’t miss out on our informative lectures and workshops on subjects like aromatherapy and trauma awareness.
– We’ll take you on a visit to a beautiful temple and a breathtaking waterfall.

Now, let’s have a look at the schedule:
– On Saturday, February 3, you can check in between 12:00 – 15:00. Then, we’ll have our opening ceremony from 15:00 – 18:00, followed by a delightful sunset team dinner from 18:00 – 20:00.
– Sunday, February 4 will start with a meditation session from 08:00 – 09:00, followed by a Vinyasa yoga class from 09:00 – 10:00. You can enjoy a tasty brunch from 10:00 – 12:00, and then in the evening, we’ll have a Yin yoga class from 17:00 – 18:00.
– Monday, February 5 will have a similar schedule, with meditation, Hatha yoga, and brunch in the morning, followed by a visit to a temple in the afternoon. In the evening, we’ll have a Yin yoga class.
– Tuesday, February 6 will offer the opportunity to try Aerial yoga in the morning, followed by brunch and a visit to a beautiful waterfall. We’ll end the day with another Yin yoga class.
– The rest of the week will follow a similar routine with different yoga styles and activities like lectures and workshops. Plus, we’ll have a beach sunset event on Wednesday and a Kirtan session on Thursday.
– On the final day, Sunday, February 11, we’ll have a closing ceremony and photoshoot in the afternoon, followed by a graduation dinner and party in the evening.
