**Day 1: Arrival**
When you arrive at Swasti Bali, kick off your retreat with a welcome ceremony including a water blessing. Enjoy a delicious meal and get to know your fellow attendees.
**Day 2: Learn to love yourself**
Get ready for a day of relaxation and self-love. Begin your day with a yoga session led by Cindy, covering Kundalini, Qi Gong flow, Vinyasa, and breathwork. Fuel up with breakfast and enjoy the morning and afternoon at your leisure. In the evening, delve into a hypnotherapy session on self-love. Finish the day with another delectable buffet.
**Day 3: An energetic day**
Today is all about happiness and letting go. Start the day with laughter yoga, a fun and energetic way to unwind and reduce stress. Refuel with breakfast and spend the day exploring the surroundings or participating in optional activities. End the day with a powerful fire ceremony and a feast at the dinner buffet.
And so on for days 4, 5, 6, 7, and finally, on day 8, enjoy one last breakfast together before either heading home fully recharged or continuing your stay on the island. No matter what you choose, this retreat is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and energized.

July 11, 2022 at 12:00 amI had an incredible experience at Seeds of Silence. As soon as I arrived, Cindy warmly welcomed me, and the other women in the group were lovely. The food was amazing – so fresh, healthy, and abundant. I can’t stop thinking about that brunch! The yoga was a new experience for me, focusing on breath and the 5 Chinese elements. It was less dynamic than what I’m used to, but it was so rejuvenating. I feel like a new person after leaving the retreat. Thank you to Cindy and the Seeds of Silence team for such a beautiful experience that I will always remember.
