I just prefer doing a more physical yoga practice rather than a restorative or meditative one, but that’s just my preference and I understand the appeal of having a mix of both. The facility and accommodation amazed me! I absolutely loved the combination of yoga and HIIT sessions. Sarah and Cheryl were both incredibly knowledgeable and lovely to all the guests. Maybe we were just fortunate, but one of the best parts for me was getting to know such a diverse and interesting group of people from various backgrounds.

The food they prepared was absolutely delicious and their yoga and fitness sessions were incredible. They even included little bonuses like 100 jumps in the morning and different freshly squeezed juices every day. It was so refreshing and relaxing to be part of their yoga retreat. I can’t recommend booking a retreat with Cheryl and Sarah enough. They have a wealth of knowledge, are super enthusiastic, and genuinely care about their guests’ wellbeing. I’m already looking forward to booking another retreat with them myself!

Cheryl and Sarah really nailed the perfect blend of yoga styles, meditations, and even included a bit of HITT. We had plenty of downtime to relax and refuel with delicious food. The selection of accommodations was meticulous, and the setting was absolutely stunning. Sarah and Cheryl created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and they went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. They intentionally kept the group small, which allowed us to form deep connections with everyone. This week was truly remarkable, and it’s something I’ll always treasure. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and I’m counting down the days until I can join them on another retreat.

I loved the variety of yoga classes and workshops, and the program gave me plenty of time to relax and chill. They taught the classes in a way that allowed everyone to participate, regardless of their skill level. I must mention the incredible vegan food.

They had a great mix of yoga, fitness classes, nature walks, workshops, and other activities on the schedule. But they also made sure to give us plenty of free time to relax and do our own thing! The food was absolutely amazing, and Cheryl and Sarah were fantastic instructors who made us feel welcome and taught us so well. From beginning to end, the whole experience was enjoyable and relaxing.
