Are you seeking a perfect blend of wellness and recreation to take care of yourself? This yoga retreat caters to those in need of a change of scenery or a break from stress. It offers a program focused on meditating, exercising, relaxing, sightseeing, and having fun. No strict fasting or intense workouts here – just a chance to re-balance your work-life situation.
During your retreat at CC’s Hideaway, you get to choose from various activity options each day of the week. If you pick program A for Tuesday, you can mix it up with different program A options for the rest of the days. After you book, CC’s Hideaway will ask you to let them know which program options you want for each day of your retreat as soon as possible, so they can schedule your desired activities. They can usually accommodate scheduling changes, even with just a 24-hour notice, but it’s not guaranteed. If you’re interested in booking a personal private session, it’s best to reserve at least 72 hours in advance.
The yoga classes at CC’s Hideaway offer a range of practices, and you can easily find a schedule that suits you best. They even offer multiple morning and evening classes during certain months, like from November through March.
On check-in and check-out days at CC’s Hideaway, they don’t offer program activities to allow time for your arrival and departure to align with the activity schedule and for consultation. They’ll provide you with a detailed itinerary of the retreat schedule.
When you arrive on check-in day, you’ll get a private airport transfer, have a retreat consultation, enjoy a cold-pressed juice or artisan smoothie, participate in a sunset yoga session in the studio, and have dinner in Prana Eatery or through room service.
The daily routines mentioned are for your full-day retreat options, not the check-in or check-out days. Details for each program activity option follow below the itinerary.

February 6, 2024 at 12:00 amThe aircon made some loud noise because it was a bit outdated. Some of the reception staff had limited English knowledge, which made it difficult to communicate and make arrangements, especially for the timings of the beach shuttle and other activities. I absolutely loved my time at CC’s Hideaway, where I spent just under 2 weeks. The daily program was so rich and it was great to be able to choose an option that suits your needs. The activities offered a great balance between adventure and wellness, while still allowing time for personal activities. The Thai massage was absolutely excellent. The food was very delicious, fresh, and diverse. The restaurant, bar, and spa staff were always very helpful and friendly. I was lucky enough to meet an amazing group of people at CC’s that I don’t think I would have met elsewhere. My stay at CC’s was truly enjoyable and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to recharge their batteries while staying active.

January 28, 2024 at 12:00 amI’m not sure where to begin. CC’s Hideaway made my entire experience seamless from the start to the finish. They exceeded my expectations when it came to planning activities for my holiday. The flexibility of their program was what sold me on staying here. The team is amazing! They are professional, welcoming, and made me feel like part of the family. The best part was meeting and getting to know other guests, who were all so interesting.

January 14, 2024 at 12:00 amEveryone at the hotel is kind and helpful. The hotel has a relaxed vibe and it’s clean. The food menu and drink choices are good. There are lots of tour options with accommodating guides. You can easily go down to the town and beach with the shuttle provided. The retreat is hidden away in the forest up a hill, making it peaceful in the evenings.

January 13, 2024 at 12:00 amThey announced 5 days and 4 nights, but it’s actually 3 days and 4 nights, with a yoga class on Day 1 and Day 5. The activities only happen on the 3 middle days. They take great care of the participants.

December 23, 2023 at 12:00 amSometimes, excursions can be a bit stressful and you don’t get to fully enjoy them because you’re rushing around. Everything is well-organized and makes you feel comfortable and at ease. The hotel staff is wonderful and the guides are fun and loving. The hotel is beautiful, with comfortable facilities and delicious food. Nim, Manee, and Freen are a charm!

November 27, 2023 at 12:00 amThey don’t have name tags for the airport transfer; the rooms are small with bad sound insulation; the food doesn’t taste good and there aren’t many breakfast options; the shuttle service doesn’t run frequently enough. They offer various activities, healthy smoothies, and shuttle bus services. You can communicate with them through WhatsApp for the airport transfer.

November 18, 2023 at 12:00 amIt’s not easy to run to the shops and get back in time for some of the yoga classes because of the trip timings. But it’s really nice to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life. Overall, the trip was fantastic. The staff were helpful and the food was amazing. The yoga classes and trips were a blast!

October 12, 2023 at 12:00 amI found some yoga classes moving too fast and too advanced for me as a beginner, and some instructors not offering enough feedback on our poses to ensure we were doing them correctly. The food and service at the studio were excellent, thanks to Cristina, the caring manager. Sarah, the yoga instructor, was incredible by giving detailed instructions that really helped me get into the right positions with my yoga poses. This was super helpful, especially as a beginner.

October 3, 2023 at 12:00 amI think there’s almost nothing not to like here, except maybe for the fact that you can hear everything going on around you from your room. Like people talking in the lobby. But I didn’t have any trouble sleeping because everyone went to bed on time. I came here to relax after a crazy year. My friend recommended it and it exceeded all my expectations. The staff treated me like family, taking great care of me and making sure I had the best time possible. They even made sure I was on time for yoga classes and other activities. The food was amazing and the taxi service was flexible, willing to help with anything they could.
The 4 waters tour was incredible and I felt like a pampered tourist.

September 7, 2023 at 12:00 amAll the Yoga teachers impressed me with their helpfulness and strong grasp of the fundamentals. Despite being 200 hour YTT certified, I was still able to learn a lot from them.
Helpful ReviewDuring the beach yoga session, Nuya personally guided everyone through headstand and/or scorpion positions, and I witnessed a couple of students achieving these challenging poses for the first time. It was truly inspiring.
In addition to the excellent yoga sessions, other activities such as hiking, reiki, and massages were all top-notch. The food was delicious, and the chef and staff were all friendly and welcoming.
One of the great things about this retreat is the variety of activities offered each day, allowing you to customize your schedule based on your interests. Alternatively, you can simply relax with a massage or enjoy the beach.
While the facility isn’t right on the beach, there are convenient hourly shuttles available to take you to nearby beaches and attractions.

July 15, 2023 at 12:00 amI wish there were more vegetarian options available. Sometimes they would serve food slowly, or they’d give food to others before you. I got to enjoy a four-day yoga retreat, completely immersing myself in it. Nestled in the mountains and jungle, it provided a perfect mix of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. The retreat wasn’t just a great vacation – it was an eye-opening experience that really stuck with me.

May 9, 2023 at 12:00 amHot water takes forever to heat up, so the shower basin overflows before it gets hot. The vegan food options are extremely limited. Alonso, the phenomenal yoga instructor, was a highlight. The location is fantastic. I had hoped to do the cooking class, but it was cancelled due to the instructor being on vacation. Instead, I ended up doing a big Buddha tour, which was okay but not what I had in mind. I was also disappointed by the elephant sanctuary experience. I expected to interact with the elephants, like bathing them, but it felt more like a walk through an elephant zoo. It cost extra, which made it even more disappointing.

April 10, 2023 at 12:00 amI wish the shuffle bus would run more often, maybe a few times per hour instead of just once per hour. Every single staff member at the hotel was so lovely and helpful. My retreat with CC Hideaway exceeded my expectations – and I’m thrilled I had the courage to take a solo trip. The yoga classes, activities, and everything else were well organized. The location is perfect for anyone seeking a calm and peaceful place to stay.

February 27, 2023 at 12:00 amI visited there in late February and found that booking things individually (accommodation and programs separately) is much cheaper. Each program has a different price and some are half-day courses that are much cheaper if you book on site. The yoga I participated in wasn’t very in depth; it was more of a “let’s do a headstand and take a photo” style. But I really enjoyed the program, the pool, the vibe, the food, the instructor, and the free shuttle. The water adventure program was a full day and very impressive! Nim and Kong, the guides, were great and made the experience enjoyable. They took a lot of photos to make our time there worthwhile. If you want to hang out near Kata beach and don’t have transportation, taking the free shuttle from the hotel is a smart move.

January 28, 2023 at 12:00 amThere are a mix of non-retreat and retreat guests at the resort; sometimes during yoga classes you may hear some noise coming from the pool. Luckily, I didn’t experience this much during my stay.
When I moved to room 9, there was a lot of noise coming from the lobby and the studio above. I didn’t spend too much time in the room so it didn’t bother me much, and it was quiet at night.
The STAFF at CC’s are truly amazing; from the drivers, receptionists, restaurant/bar staff, chefs, cleaners, yoga instructors, and activities team. They really make the place special and welcoming, it feels like you’re joining their family when you arrive. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, which is why so many people extend their stay at CC’s.
I stayed in an Ocean Delux room during my two-week retreat, and it was spacious, clean, and had a super comfy bed. Complimentary toiletries and water were provided.
The activities are well-planned and everything is taken care of for you. Don’t expect to lose weight on this retreat because the food is so delicious and they keep feeding you!
Yoga classes are offered twice a day with stunning views from the studio. There’s also an efficient shuttle service that runs every hour from 9am to 9pm.
As a solo traveler, I found it really easy to make friends here since there are many other solo travelers. I will definitely be returning to CC’s in the future.

January 9, 2023 at 12:00 amThe loud air-conditioning, dirty rooms, and unprepared front desk staff made it hard to enjoy the hotel accommodations. The yoga classes and tours were great, but the hotel services fell short. The exterior machines of the air-conditioning were right outside the bedroom, which made sleeping difficult. The room and bathroom were dirty upon arrival, and housekeeping only tidied up the bed. The restaurant staff, on the other hand, was lovely and helpful. The yoga instructors were amazing. Overall, it was a great retreat in a disappointing hotel.

December 30, 2022 at 12:00 amThey didn’t tell us about the extra cost for the sound healing before we did it. They included everything else in the package or let us know in advance if there were any additional charges. Everything was great, except for the hidden charge for the sound healing. The staff were friendly, the food was plentiful and healthy, with plenty of options for my picky eating habits. The place looks even better in person than in the photos. The excursions were so much fun! I just wish we could have stayed for 2 weeks instead of just 1, so we wouldn’t have missed out on some of the activities. We definitely plan to return and are grateful for such a nearly perfect retreat. Even my husband, who usually isn’t into retreats, thoroughly enjoyed it and wants to come back.

July 11, 2022 at 12:00 amCC’s Hideaway felt like a warm hug that lasted 8 days. It was one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. The food was excellent (designed by a nutritionist), there were plenty of activities to choose from each day, and the friendly staff made sure to take care of us with constant smiles, understanding, and helpfulness. The instructors were passionate and the environment was incredibly relaxing (yoga on the terrace with an ocean view was unforgettable).
Just a heads up: if you’re joining the adventure days, make sure to pack properly with tough hiking gear (shoes, clothing, 50 SPF sunscreen, and insect repellent). The hotel is located on a hill, so walking to town might be a bit challenging (but there’s a convenient shuttle service). And if you’re looking for a purely yoga-focused retreat, this might not be the one for you – it’s more of an active vacation where yoga plays a key role (twice daily sessions included, with options to book additional classes like aerial yoga).

April 3, 2022 at 12:00 amThe food was so good, I couldn’t resist and ended up gaining some pounds 🙂 First, I have to give a shoutout to Nuya, the amazing yoga instructor! She wasn’t even on the list, but she truly made our yoga sessions special. No matter what type of yoga we did with her (even acro yoga on the beach), she led us through the poses, gave options, corrected our postures, and encouraged us to push ourselves. You could tell she loved teaching yoga every second. Thank you, Nuya, you’re a fantastic teacher!
Helpful ReviewThe accommodations are nice, with a great pool that we pretty much had to ourselves, a modern reception area, and a restaurant. And let’s talk about the food – it was incredible! We tried everything on the menu and never regretted it. Shoutout to the chef, sorry I don’t know your name. Big thanks to Min Min who seemed to be everywhere at once, taking our orders, making coffee, and bringing us food and drinks. Nastasia, the wellness coordinator, made the most amazing fresh fruit juices that were absolutely delicious. I could have lived on those juices alone!
The program is flexible, with options A and B. We went with plan A every day, which kept us active and enjoying our excursions. Our guides were awesome. Nim was a bundle of energy, jokes, and knowledge about the island. Bon took great care of me on our Buddha trek when I was struggling. He was so supportive and caring, and helped me reach the top.

March 9, 2022 at 12:00 amYoga felt too easy, needed more stretching and meditation. It’s great for beginners but not for intermediate or advanced levels… just too easy. The AC was okay. You had to keep the key card in the slot for electricity, so the room was always hot when you came back. The AC started dripping water heavily in the middle of the night, so I had to shut it off, but they fixed it quickly the next morning. Some food was really good, but some not so much. I heard they recently changed their menu under new management and were going for a more international selection; might have been better before according to repeat customers. The waffles had some green herb mixed in the batter, which was weird. The sausages were more like cocktail wieners. The Thai food was good though. The shower drain didn’t work well, and I let them know but it wasn’t fixed. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. They responded fast on WhatsApp. I felt well taken care of. And the best massage in the hotel was by Pu.
