During your retreat at CC’s Hideaway, you’ll have different activity options to choose from every day of the week. If you pick program A for Tuesday, you can select different program A options for the rest of the days. Once you book your retreat, CC’s Hideaway will ask you to decide on your program options for each day and let them know ASAP so they can schedule your preferred activities. They can usually accommodate scheduling changes, even with just a 24-hour notice, but it’s not guaranteed. If you’re interested in booking a personal private session, it’s best to reserve at least 72 hours in advance.
The yoga classes at CC’s Hideaway offer a variety of practices, and you can easily find a schedule that suits you best. They even have multiple morning and evening classes during certain months, like November through March.
Apart from the full days with program activity options, there are also check-in and check-out days at CC’s Hideaway. On these days, they don’t offer program activities to align with guests’ arrival and departure times. However, they provide a detailed schedule of the retreat itinerary.
During your stay at CC’s Hideaway, you can expect a range of activities based on the program you choose for each day. From Island Discovery to Chakras Day to Thai Cuisine Cooking Class, there are plenty of options to keep you engaged and relaxed throughout your retreat. And don’t forget about the alternative program options like Energy Healing, Private Yoga Day, and Elephant Sanctuary Day (extra charge).
So, whether you’re exploring the island, deepening your yoga practice, or indulging in a spa day, CC’s Hideaway has something for everyone to enjoy during their retreat. Don’t forget to check out the itinerary for each day to see all the activities included in your chosen program.

February 6, 2024 at 12:00 amThe aircon was a bit outdated and made some loud noise. The staff at the reception was helpful, but some had limited English knowledge, making it hard to communicate and make arrangements, especially for the beach shuttle and activities timings. I absolutely loved my time at CC’s Hideaway, where I spent just under 2 weeks. The daily programme was rich, and I could choose options that suited my needs. The activities struck a perfect balance between adventure and wellness, allowing me to have time for myself. The Thai massage was top-notch, and the food was delicious, fresh, and diverse. The restaurant, bar, and spa staff were always friendly and helpful. I was lucky to meet an amazing group of people at CC’s that I don’t think I could have met elsewhere. My stay was truly enjoyable, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to recharge while staying active.

January 28, 2024 at 12:00 amI’m not sure where to even begin. My experience with CC’s Hideaway was amazing from start to finish. They exceeded all my expectations and more. I was drawn in by the flexibility of their program, which is why I decided to stay there. The team is incredible – so professional and friendly. They made me feel right at home. And getting to meet and connect with other guests was the icing on the cake. I met so many fascinating people during my stay.

The tour options have lots of variety and the guides are so accommodating. The shuttle provided makes it easy to access the main town and beach. I love that the retreat is hidden away up a hill in the forest, it’s so peaceful in the evenings.

November 27, 2023 at 12:00 amThey don’t have name tags for the airport transfer. The room size is small and the sound insulation is terrible. November 18, 2023 at 12:00 amTrips have set timings, so you might miss some yoga classes if you pop to the shops. Even though there’s an hourly shuttle, it’s not that easy to run back and forth. Still, it’s pretty nice to take a break from the hustle and bustle. Overall, the experience was fantastic. The staff were organized and helpful, and the food was top-notch. The yoga classes and trips were a blast!

October 12, 2023 at 12:00 amI found some yoga classes to be too fast and advanced for me as a beginner, and some instructors didn’t give enough feedback on our poses to make sure we were doing them correctly. The food and service were excellent, and Cristina the manager was so caring. I really liked Sarah as a yoga instructor – she gave detailed instructions that really helped me get into the correct position with my yoga poses. This was super helpful for me as a beginner.

October 3, 2023 at 12:00 amI think there’s almost nothing not to like about this place, except maybe the fact that you can hear everything going on around you from your room, like people talking in the lobby. But I didn’t have any trouble sleeping, everyone went to bed on time. I came here to relax after a hectic year, and I have to say it was everything I could have wished for and more. The staff really took me in like family, they take great care of you and make sure you have the best time, even making sure you’re on time for yoga classes or other activities. The food is delicious, and the taxi service is flexible and willing to do anything they can for you. The 4 waters tour was amazing, I felt like a spoiled tourist.

September 7, 2023 at 12:00 amAll the Yoga teachers really impressed me. They guided us well with the fundamentals and I, a 200 hour YTT certified, still picked up some new tips from them. During the beach yoga session, Nuya personally helped everyone with headstand or scorpion poses. It was amazing to see some students achieve these poses for the first time. The other sessions like hiking, reiki, and massages were all top-notch. The food was delicious and the chef and staff were all friendly. One great thing was the variety of activities offered each day, so you could tailor your schedule to your interests. If you prefer, you can just relax with a massage or hit the beach. While the facility isn’t right by the beach, they offer hourly shuttles to nearby spots and beaches.

May 9, 2023 at 12:00 amHot water takes forever to heat up. The shower overflows before it gets hot. They don’t have many vegan food choices. Alonso, the yoga instructor, was amazing. The location rocks. I planned to take a cooking class but it turns out the chef was on vacation, so I settled for a big Buddha tour. It wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. At the sanctuary, I hoped to interact with the elephants, like bathing them, but it felt more like a walk-through elephant zoo. Super disappointed, especially since it’s an extra cost.

February 27, 2023 at 12:00 amI visited there in late February and it’s much cheaper to book things individually, like accommodation and programs separately. Each program has a different price and some are half-day courses that are much cheaper if you book on site. The yoga I participated in wasn’t very in-depth; it was more like let’s do a headstand and take a photo style. But I enjoyed the program, the pool, the vibe, the food, the instructor, and the free shuttle. The 4 water adventures were full-day programs and very impressive! Nim and Kong, the guides, were great throughout the programs and took a lot of photos to make the time there worthwhile. If you want to hang near Kata beach and don’t have transportation, taking the free shuttle at the hotel would be a smart move.

January 28, 2023 at 12:00 amThere’s a mix of guests at CC’s Resort, some who don’t do the retreat and others who do. Sometimes during yoga classes, there can be a lot of noise from the pool, but luckily it didn’t happen often while I was there.
When I moved to room 9, the standard room, you could hear noise from the lobby and the studio above. It didn’t bother me much since I didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, and at night it was quiet.
The STAFF at CC’s Resort are amazing. From the drivers to the yoga instructors, everyone is friendly and helpful. They really make the place special and you feel like part of their family when you arrive. It’s no wonder people extend their trips.
During my two-week retreat, I stayed in an Ocean Deluxe room. It was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. They even provided complimentary toiletries and water.
The activities at CC’s Resort are well-planned and taken care of for you. Don’t come here expecting to lose weight because they keep feeding you with delicious food.
Yoga classes are held twice a day with stunning views from the studio. There’s a shuttle service that runs every hour from 9am to 9pm to various points.
As a solo traveler, I didn’t expect to be alone much because there were so many other solo travelers to make friends with. I’ll definitely be back.

January 9, 2023 at 12:00 amThe loud air-conditioning and lack of cleanliness at the hotel were major drawbacks. The yoga classes and tours were fantastic, but the accommodations and services fell short. The noisy air-conditioning, located right outside the bedroom, made it difficult to sleep, and the front desk staff were unable to handle basic requests. The room and bathroom were dirty upon arrival, and housekeeping only made the bed. However, the restaurant staff were pleasant and accommodating. The yoga instructors were truly exceptional. Despite the disappointing hotel experience, the retreat itself was enjoyable.

January 7, 2023 at 12:00 amI stayed at a fabulous hotel nestled in the mountains with stunning views of the Andaman Sea. The hotel offers a variety of value-driven packages and is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or families. It has a rich variety of activities like yoga, hiking, sound healing, acupuncture, and adventure tours.
I enjoyed my well-stocked suite with a comfy bed, nourishing meals/juices, and endless massages. CC’s provided easy transportation to beaches, dining, and shopping. Except for that sneaky sound healing charge. The staff were super friendly, the food was plentiful and healthy with lots of options for my picky needs. July 11, 2022 at 12:00 amCC’s Hideaway felt like a warm hug that lasted for 8 whole days. It was truly one of the best things I’ve ever treated myself to. The food was top-notch (designed by a nutritionist), there were tons of activities to choose from every day, and the CC staff went above and beyond to take care of us (always friendly, understanding, and helpful). The instructors were passionate, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing (yoga overlooking the ocean and on the beach was simply priceless).
Just a heads-up:
Helpful Review1. Make sure to pack for tough hikes (proper shoes, clothing, 50 spf sunscreen, insect repellent) if you plan to join the adventure days.
2. The hotel is located on a hill, so walking to town isn’t really an option (but there’s a shuttle service available).
3. If you’re looking for a retreat solely focused on intense yoga, this might not be the one for you – it’s more of an active vacation with yoga as a key component (twice a day included, with extra classes available for a fee, like aerial yoga).

April 3, 2022 at 12:00 amThe food was so good that I couldn’t resist indulging and ended up putting on some pounds 🙂 But I have to shout out Nuya, the amazing yoga instructor who wasn’t even on the list. She made our yoga week extra special. Nuya led us through different yoga styles, even acro yoga on the beach, with so much skill and passion. You could really feel her love for teaching yoga every step of the way. Thanks Nuya, you’re a superstar!
The accommodations were lovely, with a fantastic pool mostly to ourselves, a modern reception area, and a great restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! We tried almost everything on the menu and were never disappointed. Huge shoutout to the chef, whoever you are. And Min Min was a superstar, always around to take our orders, make coffee, and bring us food and drinks. Nastasia’s fresh fruit juices were out of this world – I could have lived on them!
The program was flexible, with options A and B. We went for plan A every day for an active vacation. Our excursions were fantastic, with amazing guides. Nim was a ball of energy, jokes, and smiles, but also a wealth of knowledge about the island. And Bon was a lifeline on our Buddha trek when I was struggling. He was so supportive and got me to the top.

March 9, 2022 at 12:00 amYoga felt too easy. It’s great for beginners, but not challenging enough for intermediate or advanced levels. The AC was just okay. You had to keep the key card in the slot for electricity, so the room was always hot when you returned. The AC started leaking water in the middle of the night, so I had to turn it off. They fixed it quickly the next morning though. Some of the food was delicious, but some not so much. They recently changed the menu under new management to be more international, which some repeat customers didn’t like. The waffles had an odd green herb mixed in, and the sausages were more like cocktail wieners. The Thai food was tasty though. The shower drain wasn’t working well, and even though I told them, it didn’t get fixed. Everyone was super friendly and attentive, with fast responses on WhatsApp. I felt well taken care of. And the best part was the massage by Pu – it was amazing!

I initially booked for 7 nights, but I loved it so much that I ended up spending 4 weeks at CC’s. Yes, almost one month and planning to return.
The staff at CC’s would go beyond their regular duties to make me feel good. A big shoutout to Nim, Cristina, Anastasia, Bowie, Nuya, Dima, Mew…to all of you ❤️❤️❤️!! I had such a good time there and felt very well taken care of.
You get to choose an activity for each day depending on how you feel, whether it’s adventurous or relaxing. The 2 yoga sessions per day are set, but the type of yoga or level of difficulty are flexible depending on the participants.

February 2, 2022 at 12:00 amBe more cautious about giving tips out to the correct staff before they walk away. Quarantine in your room until COVID test results are received from the airport as of February 2022, but only for a few hours. This retreat and everyone involved were amazing. I especially enjoyed the tour guides and their welcoming attitudes towards heavier set Americans like myself. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool always sparkling. The reception staff were virtually available 24/7 and went above and beyond. I asked for extra stuff multiple times and they were always very accommodating. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed at over the years.
I made the mistake of not checking which credit cards were accepted in Thailand, but they worked out a plan for me to pay another way right then and there instead of turning me away. The excursions were great, but you can also find awesome things to do on your own if you choose the room only rate. You’ll meet great people and build lasting relationships.
The yoga wasn’t as beginner-friendly as I would have liked as a larger person, but if you apply yourself and don’t mind sweating, it will be worth it. I could only do one session and just barely made it through, but the excursions were very conducive to weight loss as I lost at least 20 pounds in a week.
If you meet Nem on your tours, be sure to high-five her for me. She was one of the best and very genuine in her words of encouragement. And don’t forget to tip your staff, drivers, and guides! They work hard to give you a great experience. ☮️

January 17, 2022 at 12:00 amI absolutely loved everything about my first trip to Thailand, my first long solo journey, and my first yoga retreat at CC’s Hideaway. I was a bit nervous at first, but every minute exceeded my expectations. I booked the retreat and everything was included and well-planned, so all I had to do was show up! The daily yoga, activities, spa treatments, and beach shuttle were all better than I could have imagined. The staff treated me like family and I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The tour guides were fantastic, making the activities really enjoyable. The food was incredible with plenty of options for my vegetarian diet. I met amazing people from around the world and made lifelong friends.
I loved having two activity options, allowing me to stay active or relax and focus on myself depending on my goals. It was great that I could add on extra activities if there was something else I wanted to do. I even extended my stay because I didn’t want to miss out on the last day’s activity. I had so much fun, I was genuinely sad to leave and felt like I was leaving my family behind. I even considered staying another week to do everything I didn’t have time for.
Typically, I don’t visit the same place twice when I travel, but I’m already planning a return trip to CC’s Hideaway with friends. I highly recommend this fantastic retreat to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

January 9, 2022 at 12:00 amI loved my stay at CC Hideaway! The only downside was that I didn’t want to leave and wished I could stay longer. I ended up extending my stay from 3 nights to 7 because the whole place had such a nice and relaxing vibe. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely nice people. It felt more like I was on vacation with them rather than just being helped by staff. The food was delicious and the rooftop yoga studio had an amazing view. The daytime tours were well-planned and included drinks, towels, and food. The rooms were beautifully decorated with a stocked mini bar and a super comfy bed. Overall, I had an amazing experience and felt like I got great value for my money. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back. I also had the chance to meet and chat with the amazing staff as well as some other really nice people from all over the world who were staying there.

January 5, 2022 at 12:00 am1) The place that offers Yoga Retreats is not actually focused on yoga. It’s just a hotel that happens to offer some yoga classes on the side. So, it’s really not a Yoga Retreat at all.
2) Everything is so disorganized here. They schedule yoga from 8 to 9:30, then expect you to be ready for the day’s activities at 10. There’s barely enough time to shower, get dressed, and eat breakfast.
Trying to book their shuttle? They say it’ll be there in 10 minutes, but it ends up coming an hour later. And two days in a row, the activity is a facial at the spa. Who wants that when they just did it the day before?
3) The massage isn’t even on-site, it’s in town. You have to share with whoever walks in off the street and it’s always fully booked. At least the food is really tasty.

November 26, 2021 at 12:00 amThe decor is being updated, so everything is under control after the covid time break. You really can’t complain about the value, outstanding service, and attention to your well-being that this unique hotel offers. I ended up extending my stay twice during my visit because this place is a hidden gem.
The food options are carefully selected and perfectly balanced. The staff really knows how to cater to your needs and make you feel at home. It’s amazing how they pay attention to each guest and make sure you have a great wellness experience. This alone makes it one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many 5-star hotels, but I will definitely come back to this one.

March 17, 2020 at 12:00 amIt’s a bit far from shops, the beach, etc., but they offer a shuttle. It’s a great place! The people are very nice and friendly, always smiling and ready to help. They really make you feel at home. The service is top-notch. The staff is very responsive, so if you need something, they’ll get it for you right away.
The yoga classes are great. The instructors explain everything well and make sure you’re doing the poses correctly. I especially loved the rooftop studio with the ocean view!
The food is excellent and beautifully presented. They also have a great selection of healthy juices.
All the trips and activities are well-planned and balanced. Whether you want a relaxing day or something more active, they have you covered with their individualized approach.

March 16, 2020 at 12:00 amThe showers didn’t have a movable shower head, just a fixed one, which wasn’t very convenient for female guests. The rooms had dim lighting, and as older guests, we need brighter light to see better. The bathrooms could use more hooks for wet swimsuits and towels. The Hotel was small but nicely furnished. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had the best holiday possible. Their exceptional courtesy and smiley faces made us feel very welcome.

March 3, 2020 at 12:00 amThe retreat is better suited for intermediate/advanced yoga participants. It can be tough to keep up, especially if you have an injury (with few alternatives). That was sometimes tough and disappointing for me. The combination of yoga & activities was fantastic! You could participate in yoga in the morning & late afternoon. The activities were well-organized and definitely worth the money! The tour guides were enthusiastic, helpful, and took lots of photos, so you received many fun photos at the end of the day. The resort was amazing! The people were incredibly kind, helpful, clean, and tidy. The food and drinks were also delicious!

February 29, 2020 at 12:00 amMaybe they could improve the breakfast menu. I’m a beginner with yoga but really wanted to dive in and try different types. I found CC’s Hideaway online and I’m so glad I did. They have a well-organized program with yoga classes twice a day and various activities and trips to choose from. If you’re traveling alone and want a peaceful experience in Thailand, I highly recommend the tranquility program for a two-week stay. The instructors are great at guiding, pushing, and correcting your poses. The acro yoga class was the most interesting. I made some wonderful memories and new friends – it was the perfect holiday. I can’t wait to go back to CC’s again! Cristina

February 29, 2020 at 12:00 amI booked a room with an ocean view, but the room also had a view of the pool. It was all pretty cramped and with many (Russian) guests, it was also quite loud.
There were lots of families with children and couples there – not many solo travelers.
The shuttle service was decent, but if you were unlucky, you had to pick up many other guests and it took quite a long time.
The yoga sessions varied in levels and were not beginner-friendly since not much explanation was given.
The value for money compared to other places and yoga retreats is high.
Phuket is awful, very crowded, with lots of loud Eastern Europeans and Russians.
I had booked a 5-day package and had to leave a day early, but there was no refund. They organized a transfer as compensation, but it didn’t really make up for it. I think they should have at least refunded the costs for the unused meals, yoga sessions, and the excursion I missed out on. I understand not being refunded for the room since they couldn’t rent it out last minute.
The staff was very friendly, the rooms were large and spacious, the resort was quiet on a hill, and the yoga platform with a view was amazing.

February 24, 2020 at 12:00 amI found the only thing that bothered me at CC’s Hideaway was the children staying there. I don’t think it’s a place for kids, as you don’t want to hear them playing in the pool while you’re trying to meditate. Thankfully, it only happened twice. I just think kids would get bored there.
But I just got back from CC’s Hideaway after 9 days and it was absolutely amazing. It’s a great hotel with a variety of yoga classes and delicious food. I traveled alone, but so did most of the other people there, so it wasn’t an issue at all.
I have 2 food allergies and the chef was so accommodating, preparing meals without the foods I couldn’t eat. The yoga teachers were fantastic, especially MJ – we all loved his soothing voice and even requested a meditation to download.
Nuya’s aerial yoga was challenging but really fun, pushing me to achieve new things. Mew, Nim, and Bon were all great tour guides. The activities program had a good mix of adventurous and relaxing options, and the Spa day was amazing. The reiki treatment was one of the best I’ve had.
My top tip, which I had read before going, is to add on an extra 2 days at the end to relax. The retreat is full-on, so a day by the pool or beach is well earned. CC’s also offers a shuttle to town and the beach, just message them on WhatsApp to change your pick-up time if needed.

February 15, 2020 at 12:00 amIt’s probably not worth paying extra for the sea view because the rooms are up about 25 steps. CC’s staff were the loveliest of people and they really went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel is quietly hidden but it has the advantage of an hourly shuttle bus to the beach area. I was on the package and I was pleasantly surprised by all the trips and beauty package included. I would definitely recommend this place and I was genuinely sad to leave. I was traveling solo, as were a lot of others, and I felt perfectly safe.

February 4, 2020 at 12:00 amKids have been taking over the pool all day, breaking things, and being so loud. Plus, the rooster won’t stop crowing at night. The food, classes and activities are awesome, which makes this a really fun spot for solo travelers. Just be aware that depending on when you visit, you might encounter a rowdy pool filled with kids since the hotel isn’t adults only. It’s almost perfect otherwise.

February 3, 2020 at 12:00 amThe geckos were more entertaining than anything else. Having a family of four with two young kids can make a yoga retreat seem intimidating. However, the staff made it a fantastic week for all of us. We participated in the active options every day and despite it being a lot for the kids, we all had a great time. Surfing, jungle trekking, ziplining, and daily yoga were some of the highlights. The food was amazing with plenty of options, even for us vegans. I highly recommend this retreat.

January 31, 2020 at 12:00 amThe bathrooms felt a little tired and my bathroom had a moldy smell. I didn’t have hot water throughout my stay, it was lukewarm at best. The breakfast options were a bit limited. The yoga instructors did a great job, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and there were a good range of activities offered. The juices were nice and fresh. I had a room slightly off center from the pool, which was better as it was quieter. It was also at the other end of the building from the noisy Rooster! Overall, I had a good stay, but if you’re expecting 5-star accommodation, this isn’t the place for you.

January 29, 2020 at 12:00 amYou can reach town in about 20 minutes by walking or hop on the shuttle that runs every hour if you’d rather not walk. The food was good, but it would be nice if they offered options to make your own meal to save some money and have the chance to explore the town. I originally thought this place was just for retreat-goers, but there were actually some families staying there too. Apparently, there are usually more people doing the retreat at different times of the year.
Helpful ReviewFrom the moment I landed, everything was taken care of. I was easily picked up from the airport, given a rundown of the package and activities upon arrival at the accommodation. I went on the Viewpoints tour (which was okay, but you could do it on your own), enjoyed a tasty lunch at WeCafe, and wish they allowed time for a swim at the beach. Highly recommend the 4 Waters Day and the Detox Day was interesting, but once was enough for me.
The yoga instructors were fantastic and suitable for all levels -I even got a mini private session from MJ! The accommodation was clean and comfortable, the food surprisingly good, and the staff super nice and helpful. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable holiday. Huge thanks to everyone at CC’s!

January 17, 2020 at 12:00 amThe retreat menu didn’t offer many options and the food tasted bland. I had to specifically request spicy food, which made it much more flavorful. There weren’t many healthy gluten-free/vegan choices either. Other Thai restaurants had better food. But overall, everything was well planned and super convenient. It was a great way to explore Phuket and enjoy yoga twice a day without worrying about the details. The staff was extremely accommodating and went out of their way to help us. The shuttle service ran every hour, making it easy for us to visit the beach and markets in our free time. Everyone was really nice, and the excursions and tours were amazing. January 15, 2020 at 12:00 amJames, the receptionist, treated our questions rudely. For example, when we asked about transportation to tourist spots, he seemed impatient and told us to google it ourselves or said he didn’t know. Another time, when I asked him to spell the name of a place he showed us on his phone, he grabbed my phone without warning and typed it himself.
When I inquired about a shower after returning from the beach for a yoga class, James simply shook his head and ignored us while we stood in the lobby with wet bodies. It was the yoga instructor who quickly informed us about an outdoor shower by the pool that we could use, and later graciously allowed us to use a shower room upon learning we had checked out that morning.
On our last day, James attempted to deceive the restaurant by falsely claiming that our dinner was not included in our package. This was despite the fact that every other staff member had informed us otherwise. When I questioned this discrepancy to a waiter, he advised me to check with James, who, without verifying, insisted that our package had expired and no such arrangement had been made.
Overall, our experience was negative due to James’ behavior. However, the yoga instructors and sessions were enjoyable, both the rooftop and beach yoga.

January 6, 2020 at 12:00 amIf I had organized activities myself and booked my own treatments, the trip would probably have been a lot cheaper. However, having everything arranged for me, including transport along the way, was worth it to be hassle-free.
Helpful ReviewIf you don’t plan to make full use of the yoga classes and activities, I would recommend booking a stay at the hotel and arranging what you want to attend once you’re there to get your money’s worth.
If you plan to do the whole program, it’s worth the money for a stress-free trip.
I was impressed by the super friendly staff, who even remembered me and my regular orders during my short stay.
There was a mix of families, couples, and solo travelers at the hotel. It was easy to meet people with plenty of solo travelers and activities to join, while also providing opportunities for alone time if you prefer.

December 22, 2019 at 12:00 amI didn’t expect the acupuncture to be like this – they only spoke Thai and Russian, so they just asked “front or back” without any questions about our pain or preferences. Some of the Yoga classes might be too fast for beginners, but I actually enjoyed the faster ones more! Occasionally, there were some corrections needed due to the large class size, but overall I understand the challenge.
The 8 days went by way too quickly! The staff at CCs Hideaway is super friendly and welcoming, making you feel at home. The excursions and wellness experiences were a nice addition to the Yoga sessions. You had the chance to try out different Yoga styles like Aerial or Acro Yoga, which I absolutely loved! The teachers were amazing and full of positive energy, always ready to help you improve your practice.
I highly recommend participating in the Holistic Day program during your stay. The Reiki class was very impactful for me, helping me learn more about myself and accept things I may have already known deep down.
Lastly, the food at CCs is absolutely delicious – don’t miss out on the Amazing Thai Fried Rice!

December 14, 2019 at 12:00 amThis was my first time traveling solo and booking a yoga retreat. After lots of research, I found info about CC’s Hideaway and it looked great. I was a bit nervous, but I hoped I would love it. As soon as I arrived, I absolutely loved it! I felt safe and well taken care of right away. I slept well the first night, and each day exceeded my expectations. The hotel is super clean and lovely. The whole staff is so kind and accommodating. Luis, Nim, Meow, MJ, and all the other staff are wonderful and really fun. The yoga classes were varied and all really great! I particularly enjoyed practicing yoga on that beautiful rooftop overlooking the ocean. The food was plentiful and delicious. The excursions were amazing! It was a perfect mix of yoga, massages, and cultural tours with great sightseeing. I felt like I didn’t need to bring anything with me because everything was taken care of. You never have to worry about money unless you are buying something on your own because so much is included. I felt pampered the whole time! I never wanted to leave and could have easily stayed another week. It was hard to say goodbye.

You can choose from a variety of activities daily, all of which are so attractive it’s hard to decide. I went on the zip line adventure during the Rite of Passage and it was amazing! The retreat program is super flexible, and you can customize your activities with CC’s. The staff is friendly, and the food is above average. December 11, 2019 at 12:00 amI felt a little disappointed with the view from our room overlooking the road (they were building opposite but luckily it wasn’t too busy). So, I didn’t end up sitting on our balcony. It wasn’t great that other guests were allowed to smoke on their balconies by the pool. As a non-smoker, it wasn’t enjoyable to relax by the pool while inhaling smoke.
The ambience was absolutely perfect. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the moment we checked out, everything was just right. The staff at this small boutique hotel were incredibly warm and friendly, adding a personal touch that you just can’t find in larger hotels. I really liked how everything was close together – the pool, yoga studio, bar, restaurant, and our room. Everything was so clean and the attention to detail was spot on.
The variety of yoga classes offered was great and suited all levels thanks to excellent differentiation. I would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone looking to take a break from their busy lifestyle. Our favorite part was the cookery day where we got to tour the food market and then learn how to make some delicious dishes! We were so impressed by the facilities and staff that we extended our stay from 3 nights to 7!

November 22, 2019 at 12:00 amWe were disappointed with the main dish at the seafood feast on the final night. Although the papaya salad and soup appetizers were delicious, the crab was not fresh despite being well presented. I love crabs and was let down by this. We had to make up for it by going to a restaurant at Kata Noi beach the next day for much fresher crabs.
It would be great if the cooking class wasn’t scheduled so close to the dinner feast. We finished cooking and eating by 3pm, then had a rest and swim in the pool before yoga at 5:30pm. After rushing downtown for a 90-minute massage, we got back late for the feast at 8:30pm. Food coma! We couldn’t digest in time. Just got home and already missing Cc’s. It was a rejuvenating experience overall.
I got through the 4-day, 3-night package without needing my usual morning coffee and felt fantastic. The restaurant menu had generous and tasty food options. The Butterfly Pea welcome drink infused with lemongrass was lovely. The healthy smoothies included in the package were also delicious. The staff, from the shuttle drivers to the owner himself, were incredible.
The yoga sessions with the professional yet warm instructors were wonderful. We had Luis, Mew, and Nuya who went above and beyond for us. The trekking adventure to Buddha, temple visit, and beach yoga were great with refreshments provided. Overall, we were well taken care of and couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you so much! Xx

November 9, 2019 at 12:00 amI would prefer a smoking and non-smoking area, especially when coming to a yoga retreat.
It would be great to have beginner options or alternative poses in some of the advanced classes, considering that some participants are new to yoga and unsure of the poses.
