Come to the retreat and focus on practicing self-acceptance, self-love, self-care, and self-nurturing. Embrace the ancient spiritual concept of ahimsa, which means not causing harm to any living being, including yourself. We welcome everyone to participate and accept all parts of their authentic selves.
During the six days, you will practice self-acceptance, self-love, self-care, and self-nurturing. Let go of negative self-talk, image, and judgement. Participate in traditional ceremonies like the Balinese fire ceremony (Agnihotra) to release negative thoughts and feelings, and a purification ritual at Tirta Empul Holy Water Temple. The yoga classes cater to all levels, even beginners, with adjustments for those with a strong personal yoga practice.
