In this course, you will learn essential Acroyoga techniques, teamwork and communication skills, safety essentials, and build trust and confidence within a community of new friends. If you answer “yes” to any of the following questions, this course is perfect for you:
By the end of this 1-week training, you will have the tools, techniques, and experience to become a skilled AcroYogi. You will be confident and comfortable collaborating with other Acroyogis, and you can continue to grow your Acroyoga skills using the foundations you learn in this training.
Each day will begin with warm-ups and prehab to train fundamental movements in your body and prepare you for the day’s activities. The handstand classes will provide exercises, tips, and techniques to enhance your handstands and inversions. During the L-Base Acroyoga classes, you will learn and practice various Acroyoga poses and transitions. Theory classes will also be included to educate you on communication, consent, training partnerships, injuries, and more. Late afternoons and evenings will be dedicated to the therapeutic side of Acroyoga, teaching you how to give and receive Acroyoga therapeutics and Thai Yoga massage. This comprehensive content aims to deliver the most valuable and well-rounded Acroyoga experience.
So, this program is happening in Ubud, which is in the Ubud District of the Gianyar Regency in Bali, Indonesia.

November 5, 2023 at 12:00 amThe guesthouse had noisy chickens, roosters, and dogs nearby, and the walls were very thin, which made it difficult to get the required sleep. The lunch didn’t have enough protein, as the serving of fish was too small. I also only had hot water in the shower twice during the week. However, it was still comfortable enough and I would stay there again if needed. I highly recommend taking this training course if you’re new to acro or if you simply want to improve your foundational poses. The trainers have amazing skills, a great teaching style, and a passion for what they do. They can explain things well and manage the training sessions effectively, creating a safe environment for practice where you can just be yourself. This training course is by far the best one I’ve ever been on! I’ve learned so much and have become a more well-rounded yogi and person. Now, I’m also an acro practitioner!
