We have morning practice at 07:00, followed by a delightful breakfast at 09:00. You can look forward to inspiring talks at 10:30 and a delicious gourmet raw food lunch at 13:30. From 15:00 to 16:00, there will be a workshop or free time. Afternoon practice is from 17:00 to 18:00, then we’ll enjoy a soulful dinner at 18:00. The evening program starts at 19:00. We’ve carefully balanced the schedule to give you time to enjoy the retreat – whether that’s spending time together, relaxing by the pool, or diving into a good book.

August 30, 2023 at 12:00 amWhat an experience! I was a bit nervous at first since I’ve never done a retreat like this before and I usually like to plan everything myself. But boy, booking this retreat was the best decision I’ve made in a long time!
Oksana made a schedule just for me based on the questionnaire I filled out. Our days were filled with yoga, meditation, and delicious raw and vegan meals at beautiful cafes. And let me tell you, zipping around Ubud on Oksana’s scooter really gave me a true taste of the city.
The yoga classes and meditations were held in gorgeous studios and scenic spots, with amazing teachers. And the food – oh my goodness, it was all so tasty! Even though I’m not vegan or vegetarian (though I do have to eat gluten-free because of celiac), I absolutely loved every meal.
Oksana is such a sweetheart, and we hit it off right from the start. I loved our deep chats over meals and while exploring Ubud.
After finishing the retreat, I felt so refreshed, energized, balanced, and centered. I got way more out of it than I expected! Plus, it was a fantastic way to really dive into the Ubud scene and get a feel for the local yoga and cafe culture.
I can’t wait to come back to Ubud and hopefully catch a few more yoga classes and meals with Oksana – this time as friends!

I have some yoga background and thought I would enjoy the classes she chose, but I was blown away by the quality of the studios and instructors. Not to mention all the other activities and restaurants she planned for us each day. She introduced me to so many beautiful workshops, meditations, and experiences that I ended up loving everything we did. Despite the rain, Oksana worked hard to adjust schedules and make the most of our time in Ubud. Her scooter skills and knowledge of the area made everything seamless. Plus, she is one of the kindest people I’ve met and I feel like I’ve made a lifelong friend. If you’re thinking about attending, do yourself a favor. Oksana will tailor the experience to your interests and give you a unique Ubud experience you can’t find online. I can’t praise this experience enough and I wish I could do it all over again tomorrow!

As soon as I arrived, I was able to relax and let go of decision making. I was taken care of and had a personalized program of activities that were just right for me. That’s the great thing about this approach – it’s all about you.
My instructor was Jason Moon, a yoga teacher himself. I got to experience a variety of yoga styles and other practices like sound healing and deep breathing therapy. It was awesome.
I love food, especially raw and vegan foods, so I was excited to explore Bali’s culinary scene without alcohol. Jason put together some incredible dining experiences for me.
It’s hard to pick a favorite moment, but the water ceremony, the organic sauna, and riding around Ubud on Jason’s bike were definitely highlights.
I’ve fallen in love with Bali and I definitely plan to come back. And when I do, I’ll definitely use the same company to help plan my trip.

This was my first solo trip and yoga retreat, so I really didn’t know what to expect. But let me tell you, choosing this retreat was one of the best decisions of my life! I’ve learned and experienced so much, and I feel like it was exactly what I needed at this point in my life. There’s so much I loved about this retreat that I could go on and on, but let me just say, you won’t regret joining in. You get so much more than what you pay for in a way that you can’t find anywhere else.

The experience exceeded my expectations by MILES! Oksana had created the perfect itinerary based on my needs and interests. She took me around Ubud on her scooter, showing me the city in the most magical way, and took me to amazing meditation, yoga classes, and restaurants. July 18, 2019 at 12:00 amI suppose it was just one misunderstanding in my schedule; I had a Tibetan bowl meditation planned, but once I got there, it turned out I needed a reservation. Oksana didn’t know about that, so I ended up waiting for 2 hours until my next session began. I had lunch while I waited, which made the whole thing a bit unpleasant.
I participated in a purification ceremony that was supposed to happen on a Saturday, but because it was a big event in Bali, I asked Oksana to reschedule it since I don’t like crowded places.
She kindly rescheduled it for Tuesday, but unfortunately, there was another ceremony in Bali that she didn’t realize about, so it was still crowded. The rainy weather and muddy conditions didn’t make things any better. The location was deep in the jungle with slippery steps. The experience was okay overall, but I wouldn’t do it again.
Meeting Oksana’s friend Sonja at the sauna on my last day was nice, but I felt a bit awkward since they had a lot to catch up on, and I was just there listening – like a third wheel.
I booked a seven-day yoga retreat with Oksana. Both Oksana and her friend Lesya helped me during this time since Oksana had to travel, so I started with Lesya. Oksana is part of Yoga Barn and also offers workshops and classes there. They were both flexible with the schedule, especially since I was jet-lagged in the beginning and missed some morning yoga and meditation classes.
I appreciated being able to add acupuncture and Cranio-sacral therapy sessions on my own dime, even though they weren’t part of the yoga program. It was something I wanted to try while in Ubud.
As a welcome gift, Oksana gave me a journal and sarong for the purification ceremony. I also had the chance to visit a nice sauna near Ubud with Oksana and meet her friend Sonja, which was a great experience. I even took part in a fun chocolate workshop with Lesya.
Overall, it was a nice experience.

The accommodation at Adiwana resort blew me away – a stunning room in the heart of the Jungle with easy access to explore Ubud’s vibrant streets. I customized my retreat with daily yoga sessions, ecstatic dance, drumming, acupuncture, massages, steam rooms, natural perfume making, exploring Indonesian cuisine, and more – all organized by Oksana and Leseya. Michael even taught me how to ride a motorbike, which was a thrilling experience. The delicious vegan food I ate played a vital role in my healing journey, as Bali is home to some of the best restaurants in the world.
But the real highlight for me was getting to know Oksana, Leseya, and Michael. They are caring, intuitive, conscious, funny, knowledgeable – an amazing trio. The bond we formed is something I will cherish for life. I am forever grateful for their dedication, attention to detail, and the effort they put into making my experience unforgettable.
I can’t recommend Arts of Life retreat enough – treat yourself to this magical experience. It truly changed my life.

January 5, 2019 at 12:00 amI wouldn’t mind having a few more solo dinners during the week. As an introvert, sometimes I was too exhausted for one-on-one dinners. But group meals were always fun, even for an introvert like me! Ha!
I did this yoga retreat as part of a three-week solo trip, and it was one of my favorite parts! I’d even go as far as saying it was one of my favorite vacations ever! I felt like I found a family in Michael, Oksana, and the other guests. They were so warm and loving.
Michael was an incredible guide and friend, going out of his way to make sure I had a happy stay. The itinerary was fantastic, with the perfect amount of yoga sprinkled in each day. I could still feel the positive effects of the experience even after I left. It really lifted my spirits.

April 2, 2018 at 12:00 amI told her I would come on Wednesday and start the program on Thursday morning. However, she didn’t show up this morning and instead messaged me saying she thought I was coming a day later. She suggested meeting in the afternoon around 3 or 4 pm. So, I lost almost a full day because of her mistake, and she didn’t even apologize for it.
During the welcome meeting, a girl interrupted our conversation to say she wasn’t feeling well. She left with the girl but returned after 15 to 20 minutes, without asking for permission beforehand or apologizing afterward.
She tried to include Nyepi, the silent day, as part of the program. On Nyepi, no one is allowed to leave the property, so we couldn’t meet. I told her that wasn’t okay. At first, she said Nyepi wasn’t her responsibility, but after discussing it, she accepted that the day shouldn’t count and promised an additional day.
On this extra day, which was part of my booking, she sent me to a yoga class alone. I had to pay for the hotel night and even for drinks that were supposed to be included.
The scooter was supposed to be included, but she didn’t want to pay for it. I had to go to appointments on my own, and she didn’t cover the transfer costs.
Almost on the last evening, she said she wanted to talk to me about cryptocurrency for five minutes, but the conversation dragged on for about 1.5 hours and I found it really boring.
The girl canceled her retreat a few days before it was supposed to start. The program was not personalized, so I still had the same problems as before. It’s hard to say anything positive about her because she doesn’t seem to care about the needs and expectations of her clients.
