March 25, 2020 at 12:00 amThe food we got was no choice for the price we paid.
The surf lesson was really basic and didn’t teach enough technique.
They promised that food was included for the 9-day trip, but after booking, they only sent us a program with 7 days of food included.
The accommodations were too expensive.

June 24, 2018 at 12:00 amEverything at the canggu surf camp was amazing. The staff were always helpful and friendly, and the surf instructors were awesome. I couldn’t find any faults with it.

January 19, 2018 at 12:00 amIn Lanzarote, we used to surf for 5 hours a day, but here we only surf for 2 hours. I think 2 hours are too short. It would be better to take a break and then surf for at least one more hour. The waves and instructors here are fantastic. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I must say, the accommodation at this hostel is probably the best I have ever stayed in, and trust me, I have stayed in many hostels.

June 28, 2017 at 12:00 amThrough Mojo, booking straight is almost half the price compared to booksurfcamps. I was disappointed to discover that some fellow attendees paid only $15 USD per night for accommodation and $30 USD per day for surfing. Meanwhile, I had to shell out $170 USD for the “3 Days, 2 nights surf camp,” which turned out to only include 2 days of surfing and 2 nights of accommodation. Overall, I had a great time at Mojo surf camp and loved their accommodation. The hostel is new, centrally located, has a pool, offers free breakfast, and has a friendly staff. However, I wouldn’t recommend booking through booksurfcamps.

June 20, 2017 at 12:00 amI really dislike the policy and attitude at Mojo. They prioritize selling above everything, even though surfing is supposed to be their main focus. It’s all about money first, and then maybe you get to enjoy surfing (for example, they charge you to rent a surfboard in the surfcamp). Their customer service is also pretty rigid because of their stupid rules. For instance, if the internet doesn’t work, they won’t refund your payment.
However, there is something great about Mojo – their amazing staff. These guys work solely for accommodation and food, without any salary. Most of them are backpackers. It’s an awesome place with wonderful staff and fantastic waves!
