In this five-day intensive course, we will dive into a deep and systematic study and practice of Tantra yoga. We’ll have inspiring lectures, energizing Hatha yoga sessions, guided meditations, and tantric exercises. Our goal is to elevate your consciousness and help you see life from a fresh and profound perspective. You will learn how to walk the path of Tantra and yoga, starting from the depths of your heart and reaching the heights of spiritual development.
The first module of Tantra Immersion includes various topics such as what Tantra is and its principles. We also cover the secret law of resonance and how to apply it, as well as the importance of relaxation and awareness practice in Tantra. Another topic we explore is the principle of polarity, which refers to the yin-yang of the universe. We delve into the divine masculine principle, represented by Shiva, and the divine feminine principle, represented by Shakti, with a focus on their special roles in Tantra. In addition, we introduce tantric sensuality and incorporate meditations with music to access distinct states. We also engage in silent meditations to quiet the mind and enhance mental focus.
To facilitate a direct experience of the hidden potentials of the body, we practice specific yoga postures and exercises in the tantric spirit. We also delve into principles of Hatha Yoga, ensuring we correctly practice yoga postures and understanding their special role in Tantra. Throughout the module, we have sessions for questions and answers, providing time for group discussions. We also provide reflecting moments to allow for inner growth and evaluation of the steps taken during the course, as well as planning future practice.
Now, let’s take a look at a sample daily schedule:
– From 9:00 AM, we start with Hatha yoga and meditation, aligning with the spirit of Tantra.

Do keep in mind that the schedule may be subject to change based on factors such as group size or other considerations.
Lastly, we would like to mention that individuals with mental health issues or those currently taking antidepressants or psychiatric medications are strongly advised against joining our courses or retreats. However, those who still choose to participate do so at their own responsibility.
We’re hosting the retreat in Mae On, which is a lovely and peaceful countryside area just 40 minutes east of Chiang Mai, Thailand. You’ll absolutely adore the serene beauty of this place! December 6, 2023 at 12:00 amI had an amazing experience with yoga recently. I’ve been practicing it on and off for years, but this time I discovered a whole new level of meaning in it. During the sessions, we would do different poses and feel the energy and vibrations in our bodies. The instructors, who are knowledgeable about working with this energy, made the experience even better. Afterward, we were guided into a deep relaxation and then into sitting meditation. It was during this meditation that I felt a deeper sense of stillness and tranquility. Even though most of the participants were younger than me, I, at 70 years old, felt both inspired and inspiring. This immersion in yoga is open to everyone, and I’m deeply grateful for the support and lifelong connection I’ve found with AMRITA. If I have the chance, I’ll definitely join level 2 in the future. Otherwise, I feel confident continuing my practice wherever I am in the world.

December 12, 2022 at 12:00 amI didn’t experience much, but this retreat was definitely the best one I’ve ever been to! The lecturers and content were excellent, even when they presented abstract and difficult concepts. They made sure to provide group exercises to help us understand and apply those concepts effectively. The location and facilities were also gorgeous, creating an ideal setting for this amazing retreat.

January 11, 2020 at 12:00 amYou can’t say it any other way: the Hatha Yoga classes were unbelievably bad! It’s hard to believe that these teachers ever went through a teacher training program. If you consistently practice like this, it’s a wonder you don’t have joint and back problems!!! Thank goodness we signed the liability waiver first ;)….
It would also be good to have more information beforehand: it’s an ashram where all the tasks, except for cooking, have to be alternately taken care of. Silence is observed for 10 days straight. The 10 days are divided into two modules, with the first one focusing on Patanjali and the second one exclusively on the Traditional Method to Reveal the Immortal Self Atman for a week. The ashram is newly constructed in a beautiful location with a view of the mountains. The deluxe rooms, in particular, are very spacious and lovely. The bed is very comfortable. The vegan buffet served three times a day is fantastic and varied. There is also a nice swimming pool. They provide a thorough introduction to meditation.

January 2, 2019 at 12:00 amFinding something, like purchasing new yoga mats, can be challenging. The whole program focuses on the heart and aims to raise the planet’s vibration, starting with each individual. It sincerely aligns with the Divine, and I am grateful to have discovered it.

December 19, 2018 at 12:00 amI don’t have any, but I suggest that Mahasiddha should give participants an easy practice handout to share. We could also write it down and include it in the package. It should cover topics like alteration, spiritual path journey, and spiral gathering. Additionally, it should include information on Tantric ML for couples.

December 12, 2018 at 12:00 amBlandine and Uriel, both amazing teachers, illuminate the spiritual path of Tantra with clarity and grounded integrity. They make it easy and welcoming to dive into the world of Tantric spiritual teachings. The group exercises are powerful, healing, and create a safe space filled with love among all participants. Surprisingly, the group size was larger than anticipated at 50 people, but it turned out to be just the right amount. Oh, and Radhu (I hope I spelled it right!) is also an excellent yoga teacher. I highly recommend this experience.

June 19, 2018 at 12:00 amThe instruction, preparation, and presentation of this program unlocked a deep understanding within me. It ignited something inside of me that had been suppressed physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This week was truly profound for me, and it will take time to process and integrate everything I learned. I feel like I am stepping into a more authentic version of myself and how I relate to others.
I can’t praise the facilitators enough. They were absolutely amazing at breaking down complex information in a way that was easy to understand and absorb. They created a structured and safe environment that allowed for authenticity to flourish. Everyone in attendance was encouraged to fully engage and as a result, breakthroughs happened almost effortlessly.
Words cannot fully express my gratitude for being a part of such an incredible learning experience.
