Their retreat is next to a local village with people who follow the Balinese culture. So, they kindly request you to respect their cultural norms while you stay there. I decided to sign up for the 3-day wellness journey, and let me tell you, it exceeded all expectations! Agie, the person who runs this place, is truly inspiring. To top it all off, I celebrated my birthday during this trip, and Agie surprised me with a mini cake as soon as I arrived. The retreat itself is incredibly well-organized. Even though I’ve only been here for a short time, I’ve already learned so much and feel so much less stressed.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, although I was disappointed that I had booked a three-day retreat but only got to do two days of yoga. The spa hotel where the retreat was held is located in a beautiful setting. The room was stunning and absolutely brilliant, tailored perfectly to my needs. Aggie, the instructor, is super talented.

I was the only one participating in the “retreat” at that time, so I had no connection with like-minded people at all. The food is mediocre. I left after just one day. Agie was very nice.

Agnes, who is an experienced yoga teacher, made practicing yoga in the midst of a picturesque paddy field view an incredible experience! The classes were suitable for everyone, and the activities were well-planned, giving us plenty of time to relax or explore Ubud city center. The hotel was perfect, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, and the food was delicious (I even tried their Vegan options). Overall, the whole experience was fantastic, and I can’t wait to return!

Our host Agie was absolutely amazing, she planned our itinerary perfectly! We were greeted by friendly staff and stayed in a beautiful villa in such a peaceful environment. We had some time to explore before getting the best massage of my life and enjoying incredible food. The yoga classes were top-notch and Agie tailored them to our skill level. The trek around the local area is a must-do, it’s amazing to experience traditional Bali!
I can’t wait to return for another retreat, I haven’t felt this relaxed in such a long time. I highly recommend it as an amazing getaway.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations and the retreat is located in a beautiful area surrounded by nature, with a nice pool. The yoga classes are personalized based on your level, so you get individual attention. There is a yoga practice every day and the option to participate in other cultural activities like Balinese dance, trekking, or booking extra trips, with a flexible schedule. I never felt hungry because the food was delicious . I will miss the afternoon tea and definitely feel more relaxed after one week.

The spa was fantastic! The Balinese dance teacher was amazing, and the experience was very enjoyable. Agie handles the arrangements well.

The dinner and lunch menu were the same on day 1 & 2, but it would be great to have other options. Agnes is like a ‘second Mom’, a physical healthcare guru, and a travel buddy all rolled into one, with a good splash of humor on top.
The program includes a nice massage, Balinese dance with a patient professional dancer, a light walking tour, and a customized ‘yoga’ session with Agnes herself. She expertly designs the session to fit your exact needs, incorporating breathworks, yin, stretching, adjustments, and memorable advice for you to implement in your daily routine.
As a tip, don’t hesitate to ask questions and share any needs you may have. By showing curiosity and a desire to learn more, you’ll get to explore new things like jackfruit, noni fruit (an age-defining miracle fruit with a challenging taste), local earnings from flower picking, funeral habits, and more. Agi ist eine außergewöhnlich herzliche und witzige Person, ihre Energie steckt an. Wir konnten das Programm nach meinen individuellen Bedürfnissen anpassen, was aufgrund des Regenwetters an manchen Tagen nötig war. Zum Beispiel habe ich den balinesischen Tanz gelernt. Das Hotel in den Reisfeldern bietet pure Entspannung, und die Yogaunterricht, Meditation und Massagen waren ausgezeichnet. Agis Yogaklassen sind fordernd und lehrreich, und ich habe in kurzer Zeit viel gelernt und meine Ausrichtung verbessern können. Insgesamt kann ich das Retreat wärmstens empfehlen und wünsche Agi alles Beste für die Zukunft!
