The program offers a quick immersion into the healing practices of Ubud, allowing you to explore what resonates best with you in a shorter 5-day retreat.
Activities include morning chakra yoga, silent meditation, breathwork, Yin yoga, embodiment sessions, a kirtan concert, Balinese water purification, offerings making, group sound healing, art therapy journaling, creative dance, emotional release sessions, DIY crystal roll ons, and a professional massage. We will hold the retreat in the heart of Ubud, with a gorgeous view of a rice field and the jungle. This location will come in handy when we all go out for dinner at the best restaurants in Ubud. Even though the hotel is centrally located, it is situated in a quiet area with a peaceful vibe. And don’t forget to check out the brand new open-air yoga shala and pool, where you can enjoy one of the best views of Ubud overlooking the jungle. It’s really something special.
You will eat a healthy breakfast and lunch at the hotel every day, with vegetarian and vegan options available. The hotel restaurant will serve dinner on the first evening. Plus, you will dine at the top restaurants in Ubud for dinner. Please note that the cost of dinner at these restaurants is not included in the retreat package, it will be around USD 6-10 for a main course. You can look forward to having breakfast, lunch, snacks, and drinks included during your stay.
