Are you ready to enhance your teaching skills and develop a lifelong practice of awareness? Join our advanced 300-Hour yoga teacher training to uncover the true essence of yoga. This course emphasizes yogic philosophy, pranayama, and meditation, guiding you through classical Hatha yoga and traditional Tantra. Gain the tools you need to elevate your practice or begin your journey as a teacher and mentor.
Throughout the six-week training, you will deepen your understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, teaching methodology, the yogic lifestyle, and more. Their hands-on approach will provide you with deep insights into yoga through direct experience.
“True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life. Yoga is not to be performed, yoga is to be lived. Yoga is designed for a vast and profound purpose, and for it to be truly called yoga, its essence must be embodied.“ – Aadil Palkhivala. Just studying the theory of yoga is not enough. To truly grasp yoga, you must experience it. This training is very hands-on, with a focus on practical learning, allowing for exploration, embodiment, and integration of yogic wisdom. Unlike other programs that only scratch the surface, this 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training takes you on a deep dive.
Feel free to explore the island during your downtime, but staying on campus is recommended to fully experience the benefits of continuous practice. Taking this time to “retreat” from the outside world can help you deepen your awareness, focus, and discipline, and begin to find true happiness within.
This training is ideal for committed students and teachers who want to elevate their practice. Whether you’ve completed a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, teach yoga professionally, or simply want to deepen your spiritual practice, this program offers valuable new perspectives and life-changing opportunities. If you want to expand your practice, improve as a teacher, make a difference in your students’ lives, or experience personal transformation, this training is perfect for you. It’s time to take the next step on your yoga journey.
The curriculum meets Yoga Alliance standards. Upon successful completion, you will earn accreditation as an RYT 300. If you have a 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certification already, you can qualify for RYT 500 accreditation. While many stop at a 200-Hour certification, this 300-Hour Training sets you apart as a standout yoga teacher.
The schedule may vary slightly each week. They recommend observing silence in the evenings and early mornings, refraining from talking or using electronic devices. Sundays are days off, with meditation and morning yoga still scheduled.
This training focuses on classical Hatha yoga, the “yoga of force.” Daily sessions will include a mix of asana, pranayama, and other techniques, with Vinyasa and Yin Yoga also offered. Throughout the training, you will learn and practice various techniques like asana, pranayama, mudra, bandha, and shatkarma.
In the Art of Teaching module, experienced instructors will guide you in developing your teaching style, enhancing your skills, creating supportive environments, and exploring advanced practices as a teacher.
With a focus on understanding the human body, this training offers an in-depth exploration of anatomy and physiology, delving more deeply than the minimum requirements outlined by Yoga Alliance.
Enhance your understanding of yogic philosophy through a comprehensive review and deep dive into traditional texts. Explore key concepts, ancient teachings, and how to integrate philosophy into daily life.
Demonstrate your teaching skills and knowledge of the course content through two practicums and assisting fellow students. Complete a written assignment in week 6 to integrate what you’ve learned.

March 4, 2024 at 12:00 amNothing! But to improve, I would recommend delving deeper into the evening mediation class, there may be something to “revisit” possibly. And making sure to diversify the classes for students who stay long term. I spent 3 weeks at One Yoga and loved feeling at home, in a safe and caring atmosphere, surrounded by positive vibes. The smiles of every teacher, staff, student, and person I encountered throughout the day are just as crucial as the high-quality classes and the rejuvenating living space. Everything was perfect, a sanctuary of peace.

February 11, 2024 at 12:00 amSurya and Santosh blew us away as instructors. We couldn’t believe how much we learned in just a month. I can’t even fathom how it could get any better than this! Going from zero knowledge about teaching yoga to leading a full hour class was so empowering. And thanks to Santosh, acing the final exam on Yoga Philosophy will not only benefit my classes but also my life. The food was delicious and plentiful, offering a nice variety. My beach bungalow was absolutely perfect in that beautiful setting. The camaraderie in our class was top-notch – we made 24 new friends from all around the globe!

January 24, 2024 at 12:00 amIt might sound strange, but I can’t think of anything I didn’t like or love. The days flew by so fast after finishing my 200-hour YTT at One Yoga on January 13th. Now, just 10 days later, I wish I could turn back time and do it all over again.
When I was looking for a yoga teacher training, I struggled to make a decision. I browsed through many schools and reviews until One Yoga stood out to me. I kept going back to their website, initially because of the 28-day duration, then the location, and the photos of the food.
I followed my gut and booked the training. I still vividly remember my first day there. I can’t believe how quickly time has passed.
The experience felt magical and incredibly safe from day one. It may sound intimidating, but I can honestly say every day was special.
I gained so much knowledge about yoga, anatomy, philosophy, mantra singing, meditation, and myself. The teachers were professional, dedicated, and inspiring. I miss their energy and wisdom.
The other students became like family to me. I miss them all dearly.
I know I might be gushing, but I truly can’t find the right words to describe this experience.
And let’s not forget about the amazing staff. They were always sweet and helpful whenever you needed anything.
Did I mention the location and the food? Absolutely breathtaking!

January 14, 2024 at 12:00 amI can’t believe it, but One Yoga totally blew me away. You see all the photos and videos online, but nothing compares to actually being there. It’s like a home away from home, even though you’re miles away.
Helpful ReviewThe staff there just exude warmth and support. I felt safe and welcomed right from the start.
The food is top-notch, the location is stunning, and everything you need is just a short walk away. And being surrounded by nature with the sound of waves and birds? It’s pure bliss.
And don’t even get me started on the teachers. They are so inspiring and passionate, sharing their knowledge in a way that makes you excited to do the same.
The course is really well put together, taking you step by step until you’re ready to teach a class by the end. Trust the process.
Those four weeks will always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you, One Yoga, for this amazing experience. I’m so glad I followed my instincts and ended up here.

Ze hadden alles uitstekend georganiseerd. Het programma was goed in balans en niet te zwaar. En het eten was gewoon geweldig. Ik verbleef in de accommodatie naast de meditatieruimte en het was echt een prachtige plek.

January 23, 2023 at 12:00 amI loved One Yoga. It’s in a gorgeous spot by the ocean with tropical plants everywhere. The building is sleek and bright, and the decor is spot on.
But what really makes One Yoga stand out is the staff. The teachers, administrators, and kitchen staff are all so committed to making sure everyone feels taken care of. They know their stuff and are willing to go the extra mile to help out. They treat each person with respect and support them in finding their own way.

January 4, 2022 at 12:00 amI liked every single item. Danny deserves endless gratitude for establishing One Yoga and bringing in experienced yogi teachers. All my teachers shared their knowledge and experiences wholeheartedly. The curriculum gave us a systematic education in anatomy & physiology, yoga philosophy + Buddhism, art of teaching, asanas, pranayamas, and teaching techniques. The weekly practicum challenges in the Art of Teaching boosted our creativity and self-confidence. It helped us grow into confident yoga teachers, not just focusing on asanas. The curriculum and teachers catered to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Ji ji and her team served delicious and nutritious meals, keeping the place clean and comfortable. I’m grateful for everything I learned at One Yoga as a beginner. I highly recommend One Yoga to everyone. Thank you to all the teachers, staff, and cooks at One Yoga. Namaste.

December 17, 2021 at 12:00 amThe YTT with One Yoga was everything I could have asked for and more. The teachers were professional and experienced, each bringing their own unique story and spirituality to the course. This made the 4 weeks a beautiful spiritual journey away from modern Instagram yoga, where we learned a lot about the “real yoga” – including asana, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy.
The schedule is tough, so don’t expect a holiday during these 4 weeks! But rest assured, you will get the most out of this 200-hour YTT.
The food, thanks to Jiji and the kitchen crew, is amazing, and the accommodation is set in a beautiful environment.
I’m so glad I chose One Yoga for my 200-hour YTT. ♥️

March 13, 2019 at 12:00 amOne Yoga, is truly magical. Throughout the month, we enjoyed delicious food, attended incredible classes taught by caring teachers, and embarked on a spiritual journey through the body and mind. One of the highlights of this course is the complete immersion in the world of yoga for one month. Surrounded by like-minded individuals, we delved into yoga philosophy and history, attended daily yoga classes, practiced kriyas, detoxed our bodies, and lived on an island where everyone shared our passion for yoga. This environment made spiritual growth easier, and the detox and clean lifestyle supported our physical and mental well-being. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to become a teacher, deepen their yoga practice, or simply gain greater self-awareness. Thank you for an amazing month, One Yoga!

January 7, 2019 at 12:00 amIn short, One Yoga Thailand completely and utterly changed my life. I didn’t have much experience with yoga when I joined the program (only about 2 years and a few classes a month), but the sense of peace and renewal I found in yoga made me eager to learn more and deepen my practice. One Yoga Thailand had everything I needed: a welcoming environment for all levels, incredibly qualified teachers, a focus on community and humanitarian values rather than profit, and a beautiful yet down-to-earth setting. The program struck a great balance between yoga practice, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, and teaching skills, while also allowing us time to relax and explore the island in the evenings and on Sundays.
What I gained most from this experience was a deeper understanding of myself (mind, body, and spirit) and clarity on my path forward. The program offered so much knowledge and practical tools that I feel equipped to live a life guided by love, kindness, and respect for myself, others, and the world around me. Thank you, One Yoga, for becoming my family and forever holding a special place in my heart!

December 5, 2018 at 12:00 amSome classmates were facing challenges with their accommodation, but I stayed at Sunset Hill, and it was extremely comfortable and convenient! The yoga studio was right there, so all I had to do in the early morning was go up to the beautiful rooftop studio. All I wanted from my YTTC was quality information and knowledge on the physical aspects of yoga – asanas, sequences, correct alignments, efficient teaching methods and tools. And, of course, a Yoga Teacher Certificate that is recognized worldwide. What I got by the end of the course exceeded my expectations! The instructors were not only great teachers of their subjects, but also teachers of life; they shared their light and inspired every one of us. After the course, I not only became a yoga teacher, but also a happier person with a transformed world. I gained valuable knowledge and wisdom for living a quality life. Endlessly grateful for this transformation!
Quick shoutout to our amazing teachers:
Danny – the brilliant and kind heart behind One Yoga.
Surya – the shining light of One Yoga, her Art of Teaching classes were efficient yet simple and clear. Her yoga classes were so enjoyable, bringing full harmony with the body.
Swami Sachi – Your bright smile and kind heart, along with your enlightening philosophy, will always be remembered.
Astrid – Anatomy classes were challenging, but your patience and love made it interesting and enjoyable. Your information was incredibly useful.
Lior – It was a joy singing the songs of life with you.
Clair – The team’s angel, thank you for everything.

November 26, 2018 at 12:00 amI didn’t have anything. I chose to stay at the One Yoga Guesthouse, but later decided I wanted my own space. Getting my own space was easy to organize. The accommodations (KP, Bungalows, etc.) were decent, though some were a bit dark. The experience has left me in awe and will stay with me for a long time.
Personally, I got what I came for in the first week. I wanted to reconnect on my mat and I did just that. Everything that followed filled me with love, connection, exploration, and self-discovery. The location is amazing, the daily food varied and delicious, and the views were breathtaking. This island and its community are truly magical, as is the Yoga Teacher Training Program. I warmly recommend booking and going. It’s an experience that will lift you up, shake you around, and give you new perspectives. I am inspired and humbled. Go. GO!

The food was amazing. We had a delicious smoothie for breakfast every day and a buffet for lunch. All the meals were vegan and delicious. In fact, I still eat vegan even after the course. It completely changed my perspective on food. The accommodation was also great. I stayed in a bungalow just 6 minutes away from the school (by motorcycle). Koh Pangan island is absolutely stunning and this place will always hold a special place in my heart. It’s such a spiritual place with such positive and hippie vibes. I highly recommend One Yoga for the TTC course.

May 24, 2018 at 12:00 amThe floor in the yoga shala felt a bit sticky. The amazing teachers were supportive and inspiring! They taught us interesting and useful theory. The asana practice was diverse and great for all levels. I learned and grew so much in one month and I wish I could’ve stayed longer! Sending a million hugs and kisses to the One Yoga dream team.

May 24, 2018 at 12:00 amThe chefs repeated the dishes a bit, but they still cooked them with love, and they tasted delicious. This program didn’t just focus on yoga poses. It really opened my mind and guided me towards a more spiritual and balanced life. All the teachers provided amazing support, and their wisdom exceeded my expectations.
