Treat yourself to a peaceful paradise retreat and reconnect with nature while focusing on what you need the most. You’ll nourish your mind and body with earthy goodness, and embark on a journey of self-discovery. Our program includes daily yoga, Qigong, meditation, guided relaxation techniques, and shamanic ecstatic dance journeys.

Program

We will be hosting a small retreat for up to 11 guests to ensure that you receive the personal attention and care you deserve.

On Day 1, you will arrive at the retreat and have the opportunity to relax and unwind in your new surroundings. In the evening, we will have a fire ceremony for group connection and setting intentions. Afterward, you can enjoy a Yoga Nidra and sound guided relaxation session. During your free time, feel free to relax, journal, reflect, listen to ocean sounds, or stargaze.

Day 2 starts with a sunrise cliff view Qigong session from 8:00- 9:00 am. Following the session, you will have a fresh juice and wholesome breakfast. The rest of the morning is free for you to relax, explore the beach bays, or take part in mindful adventure walks and massages. In the evening, there will be a sunset Yin yoga session from 5:00- 6:15 pm, followed by a shamanic ecstatic dance journey from 8:00- 9:30 pm. You will have more free time to relax, journal, reflect, listen to ocean sounds, or stargaze.

On Day 3, you will begin the day with a sunrise Qigong and hike from 8:00- 9:00 am. Afterward, enjoy a fresh juice and wholesome breakfast. In the morning, you can once again relax, explore the beach bays, or have massages. The evening will consist of a sunset Yin yoga session followed by a shamanic ecstatic dance journey. As always, you will have free time to relax, journal, reflect, listen to ocean sounds, or stargaze.

Day 4 begins with a sunrise meditation from 8:00- 9:00 am. Afterward, you will have a fresh juice and wholesome breakfast. The rest of the day is dedicated to relaxation, reflection, journaling, and enjoying together moments.

Come join us at our Yoga Retreat Holidays for a nurturing and wholesome retreat in paradise! During the retreat, you’ll be surrounded by untouched nature and gorgeous sea views. We have a community restaurant and jungle accommodation on site. Plus, we’re conveniently close to the famous Why-Nam beach and Than-Sadet Waterfall National Park. You can easily reach the waterfall and national park by taking a taxi boat. So, come on over and enjoy all the natural beauty and relaxation we have to offer!

While you stay with Yoga Retreat Holidays, you can savor our daily freshly made juices and relish our wholesome, and nutritious vegetarian/vegan breakfasts. We also offer a gluten-free diet option and prioritize the use of organic produce. Our inspirational kitchen team prepares every meal with love and care! Spa treatments

We offer a variety of treatments, such as deep tissue/sports/rotations massage, intuitive body work with infused oils, synchronized four hands body work, and acupressure trigger point therapy. Additionally, we have a herbal steam room in the jungle that you are welcome to use during your stay.     Unfortunately, I went out for a morning stroll along a mile of a country lane and ended up spending the whole afternoon picking up two refuse sacks of rubbish. I have been litter picking since 2007 and I just can’t pass by without taking care of it. Luckily, I had my trusty litter picker and refuse sacks stored in the trunk of my car. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I give everything a perfect 10. Thank you!

    The house’s layout is complicated, with some rooms used as bedrooms that require a long route up and down stairs to avoid. The bathrooms are awkward, small, and the locks are noisy and stiff, especially in the middle of the night. However, this is just a minor issue. Surprisingly, on the second night, I had one of the best night’s sleep ever! The overall experience was absolutely amazing. The variety of yoga styles and meditation offered something for everyone, and I gained a lot of new ideas to incorporate into my home practice. We formed a strong bond as a group, and the energy was fantastic. We even exchanged contact details to stay in touch. Lula, our teacher, had a wide knowledge base, from nutrition to Qi Gong, and she incorporated various yoga styles, as well as Pilates and movement theory. She tailored the sessions to suit all of us, ensuring no one missed out. The food was incredible and exceeded our expectations. Despite our initial worries about being hungry, we were well-fed throughout the retreat. The house and its surroundings were breathtakingly beautiful. We were fortunate to have great weather during our stay, but even in more autumnal conditions, it would have been equally stunning. If you have the chance, I highly recommend getting a massage, as it was truly a highlight of the retreat.

    I absolutely loved the location! The space and surrounding countryside were so wonderful.
    The first evening’s meditation gave me such a sound sleep that I didn’t even notice the thunder and lightning, despite having the door to my balcony wide open. However, the owls did wake me up early in the morning. It was sublime.
    Lula, our teacher, was fantastic. She made sure we were all comfortable in our poses and took the time to answer any individual questions we had about things outside of the practice.
    The food was delicious, plentiful, and super-healthy.
    I’m definitely going to go again because I came back feeling lighter in spirit and with intentions that I hope to carry forward into the future.

    In my opinion, Lula seemed too serious. A little bit of light humor would have been nice to break the ice.
    Lula talked a lot during the practice, but I would have preferred some moments of silence to fully immerse myself in the flow. The constant talking in this slow form of yoga left me feeling tired.
    I think Lula could have included more chair yoga asanas for individuals with mobility needs.
    Lula didn’t make adjustments to anyone’s asanas, and while she may have had her reasons for this, it would have been helpful for some participants.
    It would have been great if there was a warmer welcome at a specific entrance, with a welcome drink, and an opportunity to chat with other attendees. The opening circle ended up feeling more like a trauma release session.
    I liked that Lula demonstrated advanced asanas for those who were able to observe. She had a good understanding of muscle groups and had knowledge of various yoga philosophies, as well as qi gong and tai chi.
    Lula was always willing to explain things to anyone who asked, which was beneficial for everyone.

    Overall, we had a lovely retreat and an amazing weekend away. However, the accommodation could use a little tlc. The handle on our French doors was broken, and there were a few other things that needed fixing in our room.

    But, despite that, the overall facilities were good. The setting was so serene, with beautiful nature right on our doorstep. And the best part? There was no noise!

    We really enjoyed the variety of classes they offered, with options for both beginner and advanced yogis. Plus, the group bonded really well, and there was such a friendly vibe.

    The massage was absolutely fantastic, and the jacuzzi and the large swing (which was actually suitable for adults) were incredible too. It was a real opportunity to just relax, have fun, and take care of ourselves.

    We had some early teething problems with the room accommodation – it was small and didn’t have a bin. The shared bathrooms were also quite cramped and lacked space for toiletries. They were heavily used by everyone. Personally, I think the lack of recycling was a definite issue.

    At first, it seemed like there was a miscommunication between the administration and the chef regarding my dietary restrictions. However, Holly, the chef, was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and prepare delicious food for me.

    I must say, Lula is an incredible teacher. I learned so much from her and I truly felt transformed by the experience. The program was well designed and the location was absolutely beautiful.

    I was surprised to find a wide range of room styles and sizes at the retreat. Some rooms were huge with circular beds and balconies, along with lovely facilities. However, the room I was assigned to was tiny. It only had enough space for a bed and a cabinet, which was a bit disappointing. The room didn’t even have a bin, so I had to take my rubbish down to the communal kitchen bin. It was quite inconvenient since I didn’t have a carrier bag or anything to use. The room also lacked a mirror, even though there was plenty of wall space for one. The display cabinet in the room was pretty but not practical for storage.

    On the bright side, the retreat was located in a beautiful and peaceful area. It was easily accessible by taxi from the local train station. The food at the retreat was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Everything was healthy, vegan, and there was plenty of it!

    Our instructor, Lula, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Her classes were a great balance – they were accessible for all attendees but also challenging for those looking for more. We were also lucky enough to have access to a fabulous hot tub. One evening, a group of us enjoyed it and, afterward, we were greeted by a clear sky full of stars. It made the experience even more memorable.

    I don’t have any complaints except for the fact that I keep hitting my head on the ceiling in the bathroom! The yoga classes were great with a wide range of options for all skill levels. The atmosphere was very welcoming and everything was well-organized. Lula, our teacher, was amazing – she was knowledgeable and always ready to lend a hand. And let’s not forget the late-night jacuzzi session, it was a real treat! The bedroom was lovely, bright, and had a balcony which added to its charm.

    The weather could have been nicer! From the warm welcome we received upon arrival to the final tearful farewells, this retreat had everything and more!     I had a longer journey than I expected, so when I arrived in the dark, I thought the signposts to the gate entrance could have been clearer. Thankfully, a kind neighbour redirected me. The location was absolutely beautiful, perfect for a fantastic weekend. I loved all the yoga classes, and Lula, the yoga teacher, was amazing – she was skilled, caring, and nurturing. The group of people attending were also lovely and supportive, and the meals were absolutely amazing. The surroundings were stunning, and the hot tub was an added bonus. Oh, and I have to mention how comfortable the beds were. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. X

    I just got back from my first yoga retreat in the East Sussex countryside, and let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! The weekend was hosted by these incredible sisters Lula and Ruth. They were so warm, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The yoga and meditation sessions were incredibly valuable, way more detailed than any regular class. We never ran out of time because we were all so eager to learn more, and Lula was thrilled to share her expertise and passion with us. Her knowledge seems endless, and she even gave us nutritional and spiritual guidance for a truly holistic experience.

    And the food, oh my goodness! Ruth, a professional cook, prepared the most delicious and healthy meals and beverages for us without fail. She spent so much time in the kitchen to make sure we got the highest quality dishes, and boy, did she succeed!

    Throughout the entire weekend, Lula and Ruth went above and beyond for all of us. Their extensive knowledge and willingness to help, inform, and educate truly made the experience unforgettable. Whether you’re a beginner or have a lot of yoga experience, I can’t recommend this retreat enough. You’ll leave feeling enlightened, I guarantee it.

    Nothing! We introduced a full range of Yoga modes including postures, Nidra, qigong, meditation, nutrition, and philosophy. Lula, our leader, is exceptionally skilled and attuned to the varying levels within our group. As for me, I’m a complete beginner. Oh, and let’s not forget the delicious food! This weekend retreat was truly wonderful.

    Lula was simply an incredible instructor! She taught us a ton about a wide range of topics. She was such a lovely person who was completely dedicated to her teaching and eagerly shared her knowledge.     The advert and all correspondence implied that the hot tub was included and hinted at the availability of wild swimming nearby, but it turned out that neither of those things were true. Only residents of a nearby hotel could enjoy the wild swimming location, and the hot tub was not part of the package. Despite those disappointments, the retreat offered stunning surroundings, delicious food, and diverse yoga sessions that provided an enjoyable challenge.

    I didn’t receive a welcome and it made me wonder if I had come to the right place. The yoga teacher had to step in as a host since there was no designated person for that role. The information mentioned a hot tub, but failed to mention that it would cost extra. They also mentioned wild swimming, but there was none. On the bright side, the yoga sessions were fantastic and informative. The massage I received was also quite lovely. The food was tasty and all freshly prepared. Additionally, the accommodation was kept clean.

    “I thought the venue was too small for a yoga retreat. We couldn’t find a room big enough to accommodate all of us for a yoga session. Thankfully, we were able to go outside. They advertised a hot tub, but when we arrived, we were told we had to pay an extra £80! The holiday suggested swimming in a local lake, but when we called Ashburnham Estates, we found out it’s only for residents. As for walks in the woodland, there were no maps or information available to show us the way. To top it off, we were rudely rushed out of the building by some angry cleaners! On the bright side, the setting is absolutely gorgeous and offers breathtaking views. Our instructor, Lula, is an incredible woman. I’ve learned so much from her; she’s extremely knowledgeable and has the most beautiful voice. I could listen to her for hours! And let’s not forget the food, it was absolutely delicious – healthy and packed with flavor.”

    The room we had was alright, and we found some personal belongings left in the drawers like tights, a hairbrush, swimwear, and bottles of shampoo. We weren’t sure which items were meant for guests. The doors and toilets didn’t have any locks. Lula was an amazing person and an inspiring teacher. I learned a lot over the weekend. Ruth cooked great food for us – everything was fresh and delicious! It really helped me reconnect with my yoga practice.

    I had an incredible first yoga retreat experience! The surroundings, food, and the people I met from different walks of life were all amazing. But the real highlight was Lula and Ruth – they were absolutely fantastic. The yoga itself was excellent, but what really stood out for me was the meditation and spiritual aspects. It took me on a powerful journey of self-discovery. The peaceful surroundings added to the whole experience, making it even more special.

    We couldn’t stay for longer! If you like your own yoga mat, I would recommend bringing one, even though everything is provided. Personally, I prefer a very thick mat (as mentioned in the welcome emails). This weekend was absolutely amazing and life-changing.

    Firstly, the people were incredible. Our yoga instructor, Lula McGill, is a special person. She not only offered yoga for all levels, making it inclusive yet challenging for everyone’s personal practice, but she also extended her teachings into nutrition, meditation, mindfulness, history, holistic yoga practices, and even philosophical discussions. Lula is dynamic and wonderful, yet she respects people’s wishes and needs without being intrusive.

    Secondly, the food was exquisite. We had the pleasure of having Vanessa, an incredible chef and yogi, with us. She has training in functional nutrition and other talents, and she made the most delicious food that tasted like it came from a high-level restaurant, while still being incredibly healthy.

    Lastly, the venue was lovely, quiet, and beautiful.

    As far as I’m concerned, there was absolutely no room for improvement. I couldn’t rate this retreat highly enough – the lodge was such a pleasure to be in. Lula, the instructor, surpassed all expectations. She provided an abundance of helpful tips and crucial advice on yoga pose posture, which has had a tremendous impact on my progress. I am definitely planning on returning to this retreat at least a couple of times a year.

    I was really disappointed with the yoga classes. The teacher kept going on about things that didn’t make sense at all, and the classes were so confusing. Plus, the space to practice in was ridiculously cramped. On the bright side, the food tasted delicious, even though the portions were tiny!

    I have nothing to say, everything was absolutely great during this yoga retreat. I loved every aspect of it. The balance between yoga sessions (we had 5!) and free time to unwind was just right. Trying new practices like moving meditation and quigong was a valuable experience. What made it even better was the opportunity to have deep conversations with the instructors about yoga.

    The food served was both healthy and delicious, and the accommodation was clean and cozy. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back and will surely recommend this retreat to all my friends.

    Initially, we had some trouble finding the location, but fortunately, someone provided us with helpful directions. They offer a fantastic variety of yoga activities, ranging from gentle movement exercises to more vigorous workout sessions. I really enjoyed the way they planned the sessions throughout the day, and the food they served was not only delicious but also healthy. And let me tell you, Valerie and Lula were so warm and friendly! They not only gave us great advice for healthy living but also made our experience even better.

    The instructor had extensive knowledge about the body and its systems, and she practically talked non-stop about it during the yoga practice. I personally felt overwhelmed because I prefer to be guided and taught in a more focused way, leaving the other topics for a separate discussion. It felt like a constant flow of information, without any breaks for us to connect with our own bodies. I believe there should have been moments of silence or moving meditation without her voice.

    Furthermore, she instructed us at the beginning of the retreat not to discuss certain subjects such as jobs and negative worldly matters. I believe that as adults, we should have the freedom to choose our topics of conversation. Though, to be fair, it’s unlikely anyone would want to talk about those things at a yoga retreat anyway.

    Setting that aside, I must say that she was a competent and pleasant instructor who knew what she was doing. The house and surrounding countryside were beautiful, and the food exceeded my expectations in terms of taste and quality. I particularly enjoyed trying something new like Qi Gong, and it was great to have areas like the conservatory where we could relax and enjoy the lovely view.

    The indoor space may have been slightly on the small side for our group practices, but it didn’t really affect what we were able to do. The timetable gave us a nice structure, yet still allowed plenty of time for relaxation, and it worked well alongside mealtimes. I really appreciated the great variety of classes, especially since I hadn’t had any previous experience with face-to-face yoga teaching. And let me tell you, the food was absolutely fantastic! The indoor and outdoor spaces, along with the breathtaking views, made for a perfect setting. Plus, the instructors were not only knowledgeable, but also fun and truly inspiring.

    Perhaps you could recommend some local walking/hiking routes to explore during our free time. I absolutely adored the location and the accommodations, as well as the yoga, movement, and sound sessions. The weather was a major plus, allowing us to enjoy some sessions on the lawn. Amber, our teacher, is incredible and has such a beautiful soul. Hollie, the chef, prepared the most incredible food throughout my entire stay. Oh, and Abbey gave an amazing massage that perfectly complemented the whole experience. It was so nice to meet like-minded people and to try out different types of yoga. Overall, it was a great, fun-filled trip that left me feeling completely Zen.

    We wanted a swimming pool and an outdoor jacuzzi, a place where we could escape from our everyday lives and enjoy a relaxing time. We ended up going for three days, but it felt like we had been away for three weeks! Plus, we got the added benefit of feeling completely refreshed.

    I would only change one thing – adding some more yoga. Maybe doing 3 or 4 sessions a day would have been perfect for me, since I’m such a big fan of yoga! This yoga retreat was my first, and I can honestly say I loved every minute of it. The peaceful countryside setting, the wonderful group of people, and the incredibly delicious fresh food made everything absolutely amazing. Amber and Holly were both incredibly lovely and made me feel so welcomed. Thank you, lovelies! I’ll definitely be coming back!

    We received the wrong schedule for the weekend, causing uncertainty. I think the team is still adjusting to the new place at Ashburton and coming straight from another retreat, so there were some initial challenges. The yoga floor was too hard for me, so I needed extra mats. It wasn’t an issue for the younger members though. I’m confident that these issues will be resolved. Lula, our instructor, was fantastic. She introduced various yoga approaches and other experiences like quigong. I really appreciated her openness and how she put so much effort into teaching us.

    We had an amazing peaceful weekend getaway at this retreat! The food blew us away, and the yoga catered to everyone, regardless of their ability level. We had a diverse group ranging from complete beginners to seasoned yoga teachers, but everyone got along well and made us feel welcome. Our teacher, lovely Lula, had an impressive knowledge of health, nutrition, and how the body works. She introduced us to a variety of yoga and meditation techniques, so each class was unique and kept us engaged. My accommodation was beyond perfect – I had the comfiest bed all to myself, making me feel like I was floating on a cloud! Waking up to the sound of sheep outside was like being in a dream. And I can’t forget to mention the excellent massage I got as well!

    I think we should have a little more break in between sessions because some members have massages booked. After working from home during the pandemic last year, I was really looking forward to rejuvenating, and this retreat was absolutely perfect for anyone who wants to relax and clear their mind.

    The weather got really hot, but I actually enjoyed the heatwave. Luckily, we had amazing weather throughout the retreat, and I loved every moment of it.

    The sessions were incredible, with different styles of yoga. The sound bath meditation was definitely the highlight for me, and the vegan food was absolutely delicious. The whole place felt like paradise.

    I want to give a special shout-out to our instructors Lula and Amber, as well as the chef Vanessa. They made sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place. I promise you’ll forget all your worries and anxiety and leave with a clear mind and new knowledge to continue your yoga practice.

    Thank you so much for making my first retreat experience so incredible. On the third day afternoon, I even took a trip to Hastings, near Battle, and went to a beach by myself. It was amazing, and I have to thank Amber for the recommendation.

    I highly recommend it! You can learn loads from the quality of professionals there. The lovely countryside surroundings, plus the ability to enjoy a massage session on the premises, are amazing. And the proximity of the seaside makes it perfect for stunning sunset views and swimming.

    In my opinion, everything was perfect – I would definitely come again. This retreat was the best gift I could have given myself after such a challenging year. The house we stayed in was so beautiful, surrounded by nature. Amber’s teachings were absolutely amazing. One of the best parts of the weekend was definitely trying out so many new styles of yoga and meditation. I really loved the free movement workshop. Holly’s nourishing vegan cooking was a real treat for both my body and my soul. And Abby’s massage was incredible and really revitalized me. I’ve come back home feeling so much better and full of energy. Thank you so much for such a fantastic break!

    The experience wouldn’t have been as special if the weather wasn’t so good. We had all our classes outside, which was amazing. The indoor yoga space was in the dining area, which was nice and spacious, but there wasn’t a dedicated yoga shala. It was incredible to escape from everything, meet new people, indulge in delicious food, and fully immerse ourselves in yoga and meditation for the weekend. Lula, our host, was fantastic and her knowledge impressed me so much. Even though I’ve been practicing yoga for years, I learned a lot from her. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and inspired. It’s been over a week since I returned, but I still feel the positive effects. I highly recommend going on a retreat here.

    I just attended my first yoga retreat, and it definitely won’t be my last! The classes introduced me to so many different forms of yoga and meditation, and even qigong. The food they served was absolutely incredible, and the venue itself was so secluded and serene. Val and Lula, the instructors, brought the most amazing energy to the weekend, and everyone else who attended was so warm and welcoming. Honestly, everything about it was amazing. It was exactly the kind of reset I needed!

    I loved everything about this experience. It was perfect from start to finish. I needed some time and space to find myself and feel at peace, and this retreat gave me that and more. As an introvert, I was a little nervous about going somewhere new and not knowing anyone, but all of my worries vanished when I met the lovely and welcoming people there. No one had any expectations or judgments, which allowed me to fully enjoy reading on the sofa with gentle music playing, while also savoring the delightful smells of Lula’s cooking that brought back childhood memories.

    Valerie’s Nidra, flow, and yin sessions were amazing, and so were Lula’s wholesome food and flow sessions. Plus, the surroundings were stunning, and I even treated myself to a much-needed massage from Abby. The sunsets were beautiful, and being surrounded by such wonderful people made the weekend truly special. Just thinking about it warms my heart.

    It was only 2 days, 2 nights, which would have been better if it were 3 or 4 nights, but considering this limitation, it was excellent. I also faced some difficulties with the payment through Paypal, which could potentially be an issue with the Bookyogaretreats company as a whole. The space, the teacher, the food, the ambiance, and the amazing guests were all great. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

    We needed to fix the bathroom lock to be able to have a worry-free shower without anyone coming in, but we managed to deal with it. The building is incredibly unique and beautiful. Lula not only was an amazing instructor, but also an extremely interesting woman to talk to. Gemma cooked the most delicious food. Everything was just perfect. We couldn’t help but cry and didn’t want to leave.

    I really loved almost everything about this place. The location is absolutely beautiful – it really makes you feel like you’re in the heart of nature. Amber’s created an environment that transports you to a whole different reality, and it helped me relax like I’ve never done before.

    And let me tell you, the food here is amazing! I haven’t had such a fantastic meal outside of my own home in months. The yoga and meditation classes are also perfect for beginners like me – they’re so clear and easy to follow.

    I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d do it all over again without hesitation. Amber, the instructor at my first yoga retreat, exuded such a serene and delightful presence that it set the tone for the entire weekend. The variety of yoga styles, the relaxed pace, the incredible vegan meals, and the stunning house made the experience truly delightful. Our group of strangers instantly connected, sharing incredible stories, exchanging ideas, and laughing together.     I ended up in a room with a male after booking a shared room, and it made both of us feel uncomfortable and awkward. The room was really basic, showing that there weren’t any better options available. However, the food was absolutely incredible, and Kate, the instructor, was both skilled and welcoming.

    Getting to the location was a breeze. You could easily reach it, and once you got there, you found yourself immersed in the stunning scenery of the beautiful Kent countryside. It was the perfect backdrop for a leisurely stroll during your free time, offering plenty of lovely scenery to enjoy. The atmosphere there was incredibly relaxed and friendly, making you feel right at home. As for the yoga sessions, they were just right – not too demanding or intense, but with a good emphasis on meditation. And let’s not forget about the food, which was absolutely top-notch, leaving you completely satisfied.

    The house in Kent was stunning, and it had everything you’d need for a relaxing weekend. Amber went above and beyond to make sure everyone’s yoga practice was tailored to their needs.     This weekend will be the perfect yoga retreat experience. The accommodation is absolutely amazing – it’s luxurious, calming, and offers breathtaking views of the sunset from the veranda overlooking the open field and horizon. Our yoga and meditation sessions are led by an incredibly knowledgeable coach named Amber. She includes soothing scents and sounds that enhance the yoga practice. Plus, we get to try out some delicious vegan food that showcases the most incredible flavors and recipes. The best part is being surrounded by like-minded individuals who make fantastic company and are likely to become lifelong friends. Honestly, I’ve loved every single minute of this incredible weekend.

    I couldn’t hear everything Amber said when we practiced outside. The venue disappointed me because the main road was so close. I expected Amber to raise her voice during the outdoor sessions, so a few of us finally mentioned it to her. The food was excellent, and the yoga sessions were well-thought out. They gave our whole body a stretch over the 3 days. Plus, we had a small group of attendees.

    I didn’t do anything! The whole weekend gave me exactly what I needed and even exceeded my expectations. It really helped me reconnect with amazing people in a breathtaking location. Amber, our yoga instructor, is simply incredible. She’s not only a skilled instructor but also a genuinely warm and lovely person.     You should do more yoga.
    The massage room feels like someone converted a storage space.
    The intro circle seems kind of childish. Asking about favorite color? Really? How about asking “What’s your relationship with yoga? Where are you from? What do you do?” Also, let’s talk about the surroundings, the house, the location, the food, and the cooking workshop.

    We should have a workshop on yoga philosophy. It would be great because the group size is just right with 10 people, the yoga classes offer plenty of variety, the house is lovely, and we have a really nice and caring instructor and chef. Plus, we get to be surrounded by nature and lots of sheep!

    We found the whole event flawless only when we had to leave! My sister and I absolutely loved everything about it. The warm welcome, the delicious food, and the beautiful spaces, including the bedrooms and communal areas, were all fantastic. It felt so cozy with the lovely lighting, plants, wood burner, and AGA. Plus, the hot tub and the sheep nearby were such a great bonus. The yoga sessions, massage, nutrition workshop, and the free time to just relax were perfectly balanced. We also took a nice walk into the town center and even had time to explore the local museum, Maison Dieu. Amber and Kayleigh were so engaging and accommodating, and we left feeling completely refreshed.

    The fact that there was only 1 bathroom for 6 people was not great. The yoga class was too slow for my usual pace, but since I wasn’t feeling 100% over the weekend, the restorative nature of it worked well for me. The property has lovely interiors and a great location. The food was fabulous.

    We didn’t have a hot tub, but we totally understood why. As soon as we got there, they gave us a warm welcome and introduced us to everyone. They showed us around and explained clearly how the first evening would go.

    Amber’s gentle personality, the delicious food, and the incredible yoga were all mind-blowing. It didn’t matter if I wasn’t very skilled because they provided instructions and made sure everyone’s abilities were taken care of.

    I wish it was longer! This retreat exceeded all my expectations and more. The food, even though I’m not a vegetarian, was some of the best I’ve ever had. Amber, our host, was truly one of the kindest and calmest people I’ve ever met. The variety of yoga sessions was fantastic. The group of ladies was just perfect, and I felt so relaxed and connected to everyone. The retreat itself is situated in beautiful fields, allowing you to go for walks or simply sit back and read during your free time. The itinerary was perfectly organized, and if there’s a massage available, I highly recommend taking one – it was amazing! I wouldn’t think twice about booking another retreat.

    I wouldn’t change a thing – I absolutely loved everything about it! Amber was such a beautiful person from the start, and her yoga style was fantastic. The food prepared by Kaylee (apologies if I spelled that wrong) was absolutely incredible. I’ve already tried out a few of her recipes and I’m loving them! The house was absolutely stunning and it felt like home right away.

    The shower fitting in the shared accommodation was broken, which made it a bit inconvenient to get hot water in the evenings. But overall, I absolutely loved the accommodation. They had thought of everything and planned it all out so meticulously to make sure every guest was comfortable and satisfied. The attention to detail was incredible! They served organic, freshly made food, provided teas, massage therapy, and most importantly, offered yoga sessions. The yoga sessions were perfect, catering to both beginners and more experienced yogis. And they even had homemade solutions to clean the mats after each session, showing just how much care and effort they put into this retreat. I want to give a big shoutout to Amber and Kayley for their amazing effort and planning. Thank you!

    I had the most amazing weekend! It was a perfect blend of different yoga sessions, meditation, group activities, and some much-needed time for myself. The house we stayed in was absolutely beautiful, and there were so many cozy spots to relax, including a hot tub with breathtaking views.

    Amber, our instructor, was fantastic. She made everyone feel comfortable and at ease during the sessions, while also leaving us feeling refreshed and empowered. Her knowledge about yoga was impressive.

    Kayleigh, the chef, made the most delicious food. Not only was it tasty, but she was also patient with all the questions I had about her cooking. It really inspired me to change my own cooking habits. It was just perfect. Thank you so much!
