Day 1 – Arrival Day:
– Start your retreat with a warm welcome drink, fruits, and flowers.

Day 2 – Nature, Trekking:
– Begin your day with either a meditative walk, yoga asana, or Balinese dance (you can choose).
– Fuel up with a healthy and delicious breakfast.

– Go on a 2-hour trek into nature.
– Finish the day with another tasty dinner.

Day 3 – Departure Time, Farewell:
– Start the day with a yoga asana session.
– Have a nutritious breakfast.

Retreat location

The retreat Ubud is situated in the beautiful South of Ubud. You’ll be mesmerized by the stunning surroundings – eco-village, rice fields, and public swimming pools. Plus, there’s a secluded yoga shala providing ample space for you to completely unwind, relax, and recharge. It’s the ideal spot for a peaceful and tranquil escape.

Food

You’ll get a daily breakfast, lunch (2 courses), and dinner (2 courses). Every meal comes with a basket of bread and free flow water. If you have any other dietary requirements, just let us know. The following meals are included: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Things to do (optional)

You can take a Balinese cooking lesson, join body weight training classes, enjoy yoga classes, go on an ATV/quadbike ride, go hiking, explore the cultures of Bali, and have a romantic dinner.

The spa building exudes a tranquil and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for a rejuvenating experience. We offer a variety of indulgent treatments in cozy private therapy rooms, all included in your package.

Our Balinese Full Body Massage therapy is a wonderful way to de-stress and rebalance your body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’ve had a long flight or a late night out, this treatment is highly effective in reducing tension, boosting circulation, and invigorating your lymphatic system. Not only that, it can also help alleviate stress, improve your sleep, and enhance your mental clarity. It’s truly an incredible way to relax, revitalize, and promote your overall wellbeing.

What's included

You will get 2 nights of accommodation. When you arrive, we’ll offer you a welcome drink, along with some fresh fruits and flowers. You’ll have the opportunity to take a mindful walk in the morning. We’ll also take you on a 2-hour trek into nature. In addition, you’ll participate in yoga asana and learn a traditional Balinese dance. For some relaxation, you’ll enjoy a spa treatment that includes a Balinese massage. We’ll provide you with delicious and nutritious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Each lunch and dinner will consist of 2 courses. Our team will be there to support you before and after the retreat. You don’t have to worry about your luggage as we offer luggage storage. We also provide parking for your convenience.

    I had the most amazing experience at this place! I can’t even begin to describe how perfect everything was. From the moment I arrived, I immediately felt at peace. I decided to sign up for their 3-day wellness journey and let me tell you, it exceeded all my expectations! Agie, the person behind it all, is truly inspiring. I’m constantly amazed by what she does.

    On top of all that, I got to celebrate my birthday during the trip and Agie surprised me with a mini cake. The retreat is incredibly well-organized and even in such a short amount of time, I’ve learned so much. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The workouts are challenging, but balanced with daily yoga sessions. Everything about this place is 5-star-worthy – the massages, the food, the rooms, the service, the locals, and of course, Agie herself. I couldn’t have gone on this journey without her and I wish her and her business nothing but the best.

    From the moment I made my first inquiry, I could feel the welcoming vibe. Agie has been incredibly supportive throughout the whole program, both before and after it. And of course, during the program as well. She knew exactly how far she could push me during Yoga Asana, and I truly appreciate that. The staff members at the retreat were all attentive and their Balinese massage was absolutely amazing. Interacting with the other participants was also a great experience. All of this makes me want to go back again, and this time for the full one-week program!

    The hotel food was pretty good, but they didn’t cater well for vegetarians. The breakfast was lovely, although I was disappointed that I booked a three-day retreat but only did two days of yoga. The spa hotel is located in a beautiful spot. The room was stunning and absolutely brilliant, perfectly meeting my needs. And let me tell you, Aggie is a super instructor!

    It’s not a retreat. You book a stay in a terrible resort, full of loud, drinking people. The resort is outdated and the room is dirty. They offer yoga once a day. I was the only one following the “retreat” at that time, so I had no connection with like-minded people at all. The food is mediocre. I left after just one day. Agie was very kind.

    Maybe choose from the same 12 vegetarian dishes for 6 days… Agie was very thoughtful before my retreat (WhatsApp contact and answering questions).
    During the retreat, she was present and always made sure to satisfy us to the fullest. She made sure everything was perfect. I could even count on her to organize a beautiful day trip where she served as my guide.
    She is an extraordinary person who is very caring, taking care of you before, during, and even after the retreat if needed!
    When it comes to yoga, she knows her stuff! And the sessions are very dynamic. Cheers to flexibility!

    I had a fantastic weekend with Agnes at One Fit Wellness. Agnes, an experienced yoga teacher, was incredible to practice with, especially with the breathtaking view of the paddy fields surrounding us! The classes catered to all levels, and the schedule was well-planned, allowing us enough time to relax or explore Ubud city center. The hotel was absolutely perfect – it was tranquil, peaceful, and the food, including the vegan options I tried, was delicious. Overall, the entire experience was simply amazing, and I can’t wait to go back!

    I loved everything about the retreat – it went above and beyond my expectations. We opted for the 3-day retreat, but next time I’m definitely going for the 7-day one. Agie, our incredible host, perfectly organized our itinerary. The staff welcomed us warmly to a stunning villa nestled in a serene environment. We had some time to explore before indulging in the best massage I’ve ever experienced and devouring delicious food. The yoga classes were top-notch, and Agie tailored them to our individual skill levels. I highly recommend going on the local trek to get a glimpse of traditional Bali – it’s a must-do!

    I can’t wait to go back for another retreat. It’s been ages since I felt this relaxed, and I highly recommend it as a fantastic getaway.

    I had such a great time during my 7-day retreat with Agnes and everyone else. The accommodations definitely surpassed my expectations, and the retreat is situated in such a gorgeous area surrounded by nature with a lovely pool. The yoga classes were really personalized, catering to your level and giving you individual attention. We got to practice yoga every day and had the option to participate in cultural activities like Bali dance, trekking, or even book additional trips – and the best part is, the schedule was flexible. I never went hungry as the meals were so satisfying and delicious. I’m going to miss the afternoon tea and I can already feel a sense of relaxation after just one week.

    1. I think they should include 1 or 2 drinks per day in the package.
    2. Please send the retreat schedule to the client in advance.
    3. It would be great to have more props like straps and bolsters at yoga.
    4. Sometimes, the reception desk was more knowledgeable and helpful about local tours than the Yoga instructor.
    5. I really liked talking to the reception desk about travel and tours – they gave great suggestions and were very helpful! The service was friendly and kind, the driver Sheila was lovely, and the restaurant staff were excellent. The food was healthy and delicious! The resort is peaceful and green, and the Spa was amazing! The Balinese dance teacher was awesome too – it was such an enjoyable experience.

    Agnes, the host and founder of One fit Wellness Bali, exceeded expectations. She was like a mix of a ‘second Mom’, a physical healthcare guru, and a travel buddy, all with a good sense of humor. The dinner and lunch menu on day 1 & 2 were the same, but I would suggest having other options. The program was put together well, starting with a nice massage, followed by a Balinese dance with a patient professional dancer. We also went on a light walking tour and ended with a customized ‘yoga’ session with the master. Agnes expertly designed the session to fit our exact needs, including breathworks, yin, stretching, adjustments, and memorable advice to implement in our daily routine.

    As an additional tip, don’t hesitate to ask questions and share any needs you may have. When the hosts understand that you’re curious to know more, they’ll share interesting information like what a jackfruit and noni fruit (an age-defying miracle fruit with a challenging taste) look like, how much the locals earn with flower picking, and even funeral habits.

    The yoga classes were situated amidst beautiful rice fields, offering a stunning backdrop. They included other activities such as hiking and massages. The yoga teacher provided excellent support, and the food and accommodation were also lovely. I highly recommend it!

    Agie (or Agnes) provided outstanding personal care. She took care of everything and continued to support us even after the retreat. Agie is an exceptionally warm and funny person who radiates positive energy. The program could also be tailored to individual needs, which was necessary for us on some days due to rainy weather. For example, I had the opportunity to learn Balinese dance. The hotel, nestled in the rice fields, is beautifully located and perfect for relaxation. The yoga classes, meditation, and massages were excellent. Agie’s yoga classes are challenging and informative, tailored to each individual’s level. After many years of yoga practice, I learned a lot in just a few hours and significantly improved my alignment. Overall, I highly recommend the retreat and wish Agie all the best for the future!
