The Tipi Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher training immerses you deeply into the practice and teaching skills. Each day, you will practice and learn the science and art of breathing and meditation, over 100 asana and variations, relaxation and visualization techniques, subtle body anatomy, Sanskrit mantra, and various views of yoga philosophy. It’s an opportunity to uncover your own connection to true yoga.

The Tipi is an incredible place to dive deep into your yoga journey. You’ll love connecting and learning with their devoted team of teachers and staff. Their purpose-built community facility provides an intimate and spiritual setting, including an authentic 9.5 meter native Tipi – the biggest in Thailand. You also have the opportunity to stay with them on a “slow retreat” after your training to digest the teachings. The campus is already home to a growing community, and you’ll have access to a beautiful Bali-style gym and ice baths.

In addition, there will be workshops on inversions, Acro Yoga, deep alignment, fire ceremony, and an introduction to Thai Buddhism by monks or local experts.
The daily schedule includes breathwork, meditation, asana practice, lectures, discussions, and workshops. Saturdays offer additional activities such as Wim Hof breathing and ice baths, as well as AcroYoga. Sundays are free days, with optional adventures like waterfall hikes, ecstatic dance, and temple visits.

The location of Coconut Lane is on Coconut Lane, near Sri Thanu, one of the popular “yoga areas” of the island. It is also close to several beautiful beaches on the sunset side of Koh Phangan. The central location of Coconut Lane makes it convenient to easily reach any destination on the island. Coconut Lane is tucked away from the main road and is surrounded by numerous Coconut trees.
Let me tell you about Koh Phangan. It is a magical gem in the Gulf of Thailand that is home to a close-knit spiritual community and offers a strong connection to Mother Earth. Here, you will encounter fascinating individuals from all across the globe, each on their unique journey of seeking joy, enlightenment, partying, or a peaceful travel experience. Throughout The Tipi yoga teacher training, we will acquaint you with the best beaches, restaurants, nightlife, mindfulness events, and hidden gems that will fill your days with beautiful moments and a deep love for life.
One of the island favorites, Eat.co, will cater the food for you. They serve healthy and delicious vegan food, including many “comfort” food recipes. They offer health breakfast and lunch with a variety of raw foods. Unfortunately, dinner is not included, but you have plenty of amazing dining options nearby. You can find affordable local Thai food as well as a wide range of international cuisine, including many places with a large vegan menu. On Koh Phangan, you are spoiled for choice with an abundance of delicious restaurants that cater to all tastes and dietary requirements. In addition to delicious local Thai restaurants, there are also many vegan, vegetarian, and organic options available, along with cuisines from all over the world. During the orientation, they can give you tips and share their favorite places to eat. The following meals are included: breakfast, lunch, and drinks.
On your down time, you can get involved in so many amazing activities on Koh Phangan. The island offers serene beaches, waterfalls, and hiking trails if you’re looking to connect with mother earth. And if you decide to stay on the island after the retreat, there are plenty of events happening within the conscious community. You can join ecstatic dance sessions, group meditations, culinary workshops, or even dance and music events. Basically, anything you could want! Additionally, you have the option to enjoy beach trips, go on waterfall treks, or try out ecstatic dance on your days off!
You will engage in daily activities such as yoga, meditation, kriyas, and breathwork. Both teaching methodology and practice will be covered. The program includes instruction, practice, and activities for six days a week. You can participate in inversion workshops to learn how to do handstands, forearm stands, and headstands. Acro Yoga flows and therapy sessions are also available. There is a deep-learning alignment intensive to enhance your understanding. Additionally, you can take part in a fire ceremony, Kirtan, dance, and more. You will receive an introduction to Thai Buddhism from monks or local experts. Accommodation for 28 nights is provided. Two meals a day, breakfast and lunch, are included. We will pick you up from Thong Sala pier for added convenience.
The airport shuttle service offers transportation to and from the airport, while flights are available for travel.
