Once you book, we’ll plan the specifics of your retreat through a Skype call, taking into account your personal needs, interests, preferences, along with Tasha’s recommendations. Each day, you’ll have a morning or afternoon session with Tasha, where you can choose from a variety of activities such as yoga teachings, meditation instruction, breathwork practices, or immersing yourself in nature. The other session will be devoted to self-study, relaxation, and rest, allowing you valuable time in silence and solitude to develop awareness and intimacy with yourself. The pictures versus reality were so different. It just felt like a complete rip-off considering the amount of money I paid, the time I took off from work to focus on my health, and the fact that the facilities were just not up to par. Tasha, however, was really attentive and the yoga sessions were actually quite good.

She guided me through my very first juice cleanse with so much love and expertise. Her caring approach helped me relax and fully embrace the physical, emotional, and mental aspects of the cleanse. In addition to that, Tasha made sure to customize my retreat experience by introducing me to the wonderful healers in Stanford. She has great connections within the healing community and even set up appointments for me during my stay. During our yoga classes together, Tasha tailored each session to focus on specific poses that would help heal my medical condition. She had done her research beforehand and was ready to guide me on how to naturally heal it. Tasha is truly a healer herself and has a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of wellness. She also ensures that you leave with the tools and knowledge to make lasting, positive changes in your life. I stayed in the private room upstairs, and I highly recommend it!

That’s when I stumbled upon Tasha’s private retreat on this website and decided to book it. The next day, Tasha called me to discuss my expectations and the program in detail. When I arrived at the retreat, I immediately felt at home thanks to the warm welcome and thorough instructions for the 6-day juice fast.
The juices and broth they prepared during my stay were not only delicious, but also fresh and organic. I even left with a bunch of recipes and ideas to try at home. The guided meditation and yoga sessions, both in the house and in nature, were also a highlight for me. Surprisingly, the dance event ended up being one of my favorites. I was initially unsure if I would enjoy it, but it turned out to be an intense and interesting experience.
Overall, the organization of the retreat was flawless. Tasha was available whenever I needed her and was always willing to adjust the schedule based on the weather or my own energy levels and interests. She even suggested a variety of enjoyable activities for me. We had many deep conversations during my stay, and I can confidently say that I achieved all the goals I had set for myself on this trip.
