November 14, 2021 at 12:00 amTroy and his assistant Tara are presenting a comprehensive curriculum that not only covers asanas, anatomy, and safety but also aims to instill in students a deep respect for the origins and ultimate purpose of yoga—to remember how to access that place of inner peace. Troy, who has experience in various schools of yoga and has taught in different venues such as gyms, yoga studios, and corporate settings, is an engaging teacher. I learned a lot about anatomy and safety, as well as how to bring my own unique vision to every class I teach. Now, I feel completely confident and prepared to create a beautiful yoga experience for my students.

February 24, 2021 at 12:00 amI can’t believe the course had to end! It was seriously the best decision I’ve ever made. Troy and Tara are such amazing teachers – they’re so inspiring! They really know their stuff and are always there to help and answer any questions. They make the training feel personal and in-depth, even though it’s all online.
The content is super easy to use, and they even have a progress line that goes up as you complete each module. It’s a great way to keep track of how far you’ve come. And from day one, Troy emphasizes that everyone learns differently, so he manages the training in a way that works for all types of students.
I never once felt pressured or judged throughout the entire training. It’s such a calm and freeing environment. And I started off as just a yoga student, but by the end, I felt like a real teacher. It was such a nice touch when Troy called us “Teachers.”
At the end of the course, we even got to teach a 1.5 hour class – we were given the freedom to make it our own and explore our creativity. It was so much fun!
Being part of Peak Beings really helped me become a better version of myself. It’s totally worth the money, and you get a great mix of lectures, asana classes, anatomy lessons, presentations, and support. Plus, I made some amazing friends from all over the world.
The Zoom sessions were relaxed, interesting, and often funny. And Troy doesn’t treat you like just a student – he treats you like a friend.

February 24, 2021 at 12:00 amI would incorporate the part about the business and some intermediate/advanced poses, but overall, it was perfect. The course is structured flawlessly and covers all the important points. Troy and Tara explained everything through videos and resolved any doubts or questions I had. It’s a splendid course, intense, and takes you on a nice journey. I highly recommend it!

January 11, 2021 at 12:00 amI loved the Peak Beings online 200 hours YTT course! It’s so well structured and you can tell they put a lot of thought into timing each section. As I went through the course, my knowledge just kept building. Plus, they gave us a good variety of tasks to do each day, which was great.
Helpful ReviewThe online tutorials on Zoom were awesome. It was cool to work with other people in the course. Troy and his assistant teacher Tara were fantastic at explaining things clearly and making the course enjoyable.

December 23, 2020 at 12:00 amMeeting in Bali would have been great instead of on Zoom from cold, wet London, all thanks to covid restrictions. But I’m really looking forward to a yoga retreat with Troy in Bali in the future! The course was amazing, with a well-thought-out and detailed curriculum packed into the 52 weeks. The regular feedback and group zoom calls made it feel like we were part of a community, despite not being able to meet in person. Troy is absolutely brilliant – his inspiring yoga philosophy shines through, and he makes sure to accommodate everyone’s individual styles within the group.

November 14, 2020 at 12:00 amI absolutely loved everything about it! The presentation was so thorough and well-done, and they used the best cues from high quality videos. The techniques they taught were defined and absolutely marvelous for any basic teaching sequence. The teachers’ approach to practice and mentoring was really inspiring and uplifting, and I felt a sense of closeness to them. The follow-up exercises were excellent and overall, I had a deep and comprehensive experience. It was a unique and tactful inspiration for me to explore my own practice, beliefs, and spiritual upbringing. It gave me the opportunity to analyze and delve into the practice of asana with great detail. And the incorporation of anatomy, chakra, mantra, and other fun practices was just wonderful. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s curious or looking to dive deep into self-awareness through yoga.

October 29, 2020 at 12:00 amI really wish the students had gotten the chance to work and interact with each other earlier in the online training (Sept-Oct 2020). The lack of interaction in the beginning made it difficult to understand what others were going through and if my experiences were similar to theirs. However, I did appreciate being able to use that time to strengthen my knowledge and practice. Luckily, in the second part of the training, we were able to interact as a group and I had the pleasure of meeting some amazing people who I hope to stay in touch with for a long time. I’ve truly enjoyed this training!
Troy has been incredibly responsive and helpful since day one. Despite registering late, he made sure everything was in order for me to join. He even allowed me to switch from the 25-day to the 52-day training option, which was a better fit for my schedule. The training covers a wide range of topics, including history, philosophy, various types of yoga, breathing, poses, alignments, and teaching styles. It’s a comprehensive start to becoming a yoga teacher and embarking on a personal journey of self-discovery. I really appreciate Troy and Tara’s commitment to helping us find our own paths.
I completed the entire training online due to the pandemic, but Troy did an amazing job creating a sense of community even though we were all in different parts of the world. He was always available for questions and support, whether it was yoga-related or logistical. My expectations were high when I started this training, but it has surpassed them all. Thank you, Troy and Tara, for this incredible experience!

August 16, 2020 at 12:00 amI absolutely loved everything about the training! At first, I was hesitant to sign up because it was an online training due to the public health situation in July 2020. But I’m so glad I did because it turned out to be an amazing experience. The online platform was incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate. The videos were top-notch and had a professional feel to them. The best part was that I had the freedom to go at my own pace while feeling like I was right there in person.
We also had some great group video calls and activities that really helped us connect and form a sense of community. It was truly an incredible training that exceeded all of my expectations. The organization and structure were spot-on, and Troy and Tara were fantastic teachers. They offered a wide range of yoga classes, lectures, and demonstrations that were all amazing.
Their guidance and feedback were priceless to me. Troy went above and beyond by providing individualized feedback and explaining important yoga concepts in a way that was easy to understand. I loved how the training focused on holistic yoga teaching, breath, anatomy, and movement. The assignments challenged me to step out of my comfort zone and dive into teaching head-on.
This training equipped me with all the tools, skills, and knowledge to actually teach yoga in any style. I feel extremely confident and well-prepared to do so. Since completing the training, I’ve been teaching one class per week and constantly referring back to the materials and experiences from the training.
I’m also grateful to be a part of such a supportive community of yogis. It’s comforting to know that I can always rely on Troy and Tara for support as I continue my yoga journey.

November 28, 2019 at 12:00 amThe training was an incredible experience and greatly enriched my life. The topics we learned were amazingly engaging and interesting, especially the anatomy part, which gave a whole new perspective on the practice of asanas for different individuals. August 1, 2019 at 12:00 am-The construction sometimes made the place a bit noisy.
Helpful Review-Mosquitos were everywhere in the evening due to the open nature of the place.
-The floor wasn’t flat enough for yoga.
-We won’t have this problem with the next trainings since they’ve been moved.
-Since it’s an intense course, trying other activities might be challenging, just like any other.
-They explain everything deeply and slowly.
-Despite being from different countries/languages, the course went surprisingly well. We didn’t have any communication problems at all. Yoga truly brings us together.
-The manual book was a fantastic read/study.
-The course was taught well and gave enough detail to start as a teacher.
-The staff and breakfast were wonderful.
-It was an advantage to stay at the same place, of course.
-Even as beginners, we all felt strong enough to become teachers and noticed improvements in our own practice.
-I’m really glad I did this training. I never imagined it would be this good and fulfilling.
-Danielle, the assistant, made everything extremely easy for us.
