On a typical day, you’ll have classes in Ashtanga Vinyasa flow, anatomy, physiology, yoga philosophy, meditation, alignment, theory, and Hatha yoga. Sundays are off for relaxation.
You can reach Om Ham Retreat and Resort in just 10 minutes by driving from Ubud city center. The resort is hidden in the southern foothills of Bali. What catches your eye are the terraced rice fields, giant coconut trees, and beautiful streams and flowering gardens that surround this peaceful haven.
At Om Ham Retreat and Resort, we lovingly prepare delicious vegetarian meals for our guests. Our sattvic cuisine blends contemporary and traditional cooking techniques, emphasizing fresh, local, and organic ingredients. Your package includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner Monday to Friday, with breakfast on Saturday. You’re free to explore meals on your own on Sundays. Enjoy the following included meals:
