The Health Oasis Resort in Ko Samui, Thailand will host the training. Ko Samui is known as one of the best holiday destinations globally, with its pleasant warm weather, delicious vegan vegetarian food, clean beaches, hills, and forests making it perfect for solo travelers or families. Over the past 10 years, many amazing yoga retreats and teacher training programs have been offered here.
The calming quality of the sea tides, sunrises, and sunsets attracts healthy pilgrims, holidaymakers, and wise retirees. Nathon town, located just beyond the northwestern cliffs, is where the primary ferry routes dock. This charming town has a rich history as a settlement for Thai and Chinese traders, with zigzag alleyways, shop fronts with hanging flower pots, chattering families, and colored lanterns creating a quirky and inviting atmosphere.
Bargain hunters will find plenty to shop and discover, while those wanting to watch the ferries come in can do so from the seaside promenade and piers on the west-facing shoreline. Sitting at the cafes and nightly food markets next to the pier is the ideal way for visitors to relax and enjoy the setting sun over the ocean.
During training, we include breakfast every day at Advait Yoga because we believe that what you eat is crucial for your well-being and impact on others. Choosing food that is less harmful to your body, the planet, and all beings is a big commitment on your yogic path. We strive to eat seasonally and organically as much as possible. Whether you’re a vegetarian or not, you’ll be served nutritious vegetarian and vegan meals.
Ayurvedic treatments will rejuvenate you! Experience relaxing spa treatments and soothing massages.
