When you book a detox stay with us, we want you to arrive one day prior to the start of your program. On this day, we’ll make sure you have delicious and nourishing food that will prepare your body for the upcoming detox days.

Program
Here’s a sample of the program:
– You can choose to do yoga once a day in the morning or afternoon.
– In the morning, we have spirulina and vitamin C for you.
– Throughout the day, you can enjoy 3 detox shakes, kombucha, coconut water, and unlimited drinking water.
– In the evening, we serve a delicious soup broth.
– We also offer additional treatments like enema, herbal steam, and ice bath.

Tereza did Philosophy and Pranayama with me, which was so loving, and I had an exceptionally good Ayurveda massage and Reiki. The food is prepared with heart and cooked with good quality products. Thank you so much for this enriching experience in Thailand.

I came here for their detox program because I was feeling a bit worn out from partying too much on the island. But after the 7-day detox, I felt amazing! I have to give a big thanks to Theresa for all her support and advice during the program. Both Kes and Theresa are fantastic yoga instructors. Kes leads the more intense Ashtanga yoga classes every morning using the traditional Mysore form of instruction, so get ready to work up a sweat! He also provides helpful adjustments. Theresa, on the other hand, offers the gentler Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes in the afternoons, with a focus on preparing for meditation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with wonderful hosts. I left the retreat feeling fantastic and grateful for finding it!
