We will be holding this program in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia.
The retreat will be taking place at Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort and Spa, located in Lodtunduh Village, in the South of Ubud. This resort boasts a peaceful atmosphere, surrounded by lush greenery and tropical plants. It is situated about 7 kilometers away from Ubud Center, but don’t worry, we offer a free scheduled shuttle to get you there.

The resort offers a bunch of amazing activities, including ones that focus on healing and culture. The gardens are absolutely beautiful and peaceful, the food is top-notch, and the staff is extremely friendly and understanding.

Some days the schedule is really busy, while other days there’s not much to do at the resort. I wish I had planned my schedule in advance to make it more balanced. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciate them checking my room multiple times to make sure the bug problem was resolved. I had a great time at the pool villa.

Luckily, Tari immediately offered to change my room to a quieter side, which helped reduce the noise stress. I appreciate Tari’s quick response and willingness to make my stay more comfortable.
One thing I really enjoyed about the resort was the staff’s joyful and friendly demeanor. They always had a smile on their face and were incredibly respectful. They were constantly available to provide help and guidance, making sure everyone felt welcomed. The healing instructors and Spa staff were particularly calming and provided a positive energy to everyone.
The resort’s location away from the city noise gave me a sense of relaxation, almost like being in a peaceful jungle. It was my first time in Bali and this retreat provided the most calming and peaceful experience, thanks to the resort’s perfect organization. I want to thank Tari for taking care of me and ensuring that I had the best experience possible.
Participating in Balinese activities was not only fun but also gave me valuable insights into local traditions and information. I am grateful to the entire team I met there for their blessings and exceptional service.

The staff was so friendly and attentive, taking care of every little detail to make sure our experience was unforgettable. And let me tell you, the villa was absolutely stunning! It was like a dream come true. The whole resort is gorgeous, but what really makes it special is the people. Our retreat coordinator, Tari, was incredible. She was so kind and generous, always there to help us out. The yoga classes with Pebi and the other instructors were amazing. Pebi is just incredible! And I can’t even put into words how mind-blowing our breathwork session with Gus Wira was. He is seriously talented! The rest of the staff, like Eca, Arya, and the restaurant staff, were always so welcoming and provided us with the best service.
I honestly can’t recommend the 10-day Balinese Healing Yoga retreat enough. It’s a complete package that includes a range of cultural healing activities all over Bali, while still giving you plenty of time to enjoy the hotel and take part in all the amazing classes they offer. The spa services were also out of this world. I loved that the retreat included multiple massages, and let me tell you, every single one of them was incredible!
I can’t express enough how grateful I am to all the staff. These truly were some of the best holidays I’ve ever had!

Maybe I missed some explanation about the process. I had booked the 10-day healing retreat which had all sorts of different programs and teachers, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. I’m really grateful for all the great teachers and especially Tari, who was like a personal assistant. She made sure everything was going smoothly. The hotel is incredible, with delicious food, friendly people, and such a peaceful atmosphere. And if you want to get away from the city, they even offer a free shuttle service. I can honestly say that everything I experienced there really helped me in my healing journey. ?

July 28, 2023 at 12:00 amI had an absolutely fantastic yoga retreat at Ubud Nyuh Resort. It was perfect for recharging, gaining clarity, and focusing on my overall health. The team at the resort organized and delivered the yoga, pilates, reiki, sound healing, and Shirodara treatments exceptionally well. They were all incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Plus, the food was beautiful and the villa was wonderful.
If I wanted something different on the menu, the kitchen made it happen with flexibility throughout my stay. The Balinese cultural lessons in the afternoons were a lovely touch, and the staff leading them were so friendly and warm. The entire team at the resort was attentive, helpful, polite, and lovely.
I have to give a special shout-out to Tari for being incredible throughout the whole experience. Even though I attended the retreat on my own, I definitely recommend this resort for solo travelers, as well as couples and families. The retreat was well-organized and had a self-paced aspect, which was great if you didn’t want to participate in every activity or treatment.
I would absolutely go back to the Ubud Nyuh Resort for another retreat, whether solo or with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to relax, engage in wholesome activities and healings, and improve overall well-being and health.

July 11, 2023 at 12:00 amI had an amazing time at the “Ubud Nyuh Bali” during my 6-day Yoga Retreat. As soon as I arrived, I instantly felt at home. The villa I stayed in was like a paradise, with its own pool. The staff, who were always smiling, worked incredibly hard to make sure I felt comfortable. They were polite, friendly, and truly incredible. The food at the retreat was absolutely delicious. The whole place was like a green oasis, and everything was kept clean.
I can’t even begin to express how relaxed I feel now. This experience wouldn’t have been possible without Tari, my Retreat Specialist and Organization Talent. She did an absolutely wonderful job. I also want to thank Ngurah, my guide and driver for the Healing Ceremony, Jane, my yoga teacher, Gusti, my breath healing teacher, and all the other amazing staff members. You all made my stay truly unforgettable.

I loved that they provided me with three meals and a snack, but I think others might find the amount insufficient. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the hospitality and warm welcome I received at Nyuh Bali Resort. The team’s dynamic and strong work ethic made for a truly smooth and relaxing program.
I was able to follow my own schedule, enjoying three meals, a snack, and a juice every day. The menu offered a variety of options with truly exquisite flavors. To my surprise, I had the opportunity to experience sound healing and reiki private sessions. Since I didn’t have much background knowledge of these traditional therapies, having private sessions in the beginning allowed me to truly appreciate their effects.
The yoga sessions, both private and group, held a special place in my heart. The pace was perfect for beginners, but after five days of practicing yoga, I could really see my progress. Ms. Jane’s yoga and sound healing classes were absolutely wonderful. After each class, I felt so energized and rejuvenated.
Besides the program activities, the facilities such as the pools, restaurant, and spa went above and beyond my expectations. I must give a special shoutout to Tari, who stayed with me from the beginning till the end of the program. She organized my sessions, took care of my meals, gave me helpful activity suggestions, and overall made my experience even more relaxing than I could have imagined.
Being able to spend my days listening to the sounds of nature without a worry in the world was simply amazing. I will definitely be coming back again, as the entire experience was truly out of this world!
