January 18, 2024 at 12:00 amThe instructors in the yoga teacher training program were exceptional. They had deep knowledge of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodologies that shone through in every class. They created a supportive and inclusive environment that encouraged us to explore our own styles of practice and teaching. Their love for yoga was infectious, inspiring all of us to dive deep into our practice and embrace the teachings with enthusiasm.
The curriculum was thorough and well-organized, covering everything from asanas to pranayama to the philosophy of yoga. I liked that they struck a good balance between theory and practical sessions, making sure we not only understood the concepts but could also apply them in our own practice and future teaching. They also stressed the importance of self-discovery and mindfulness, with meditation and reflective exercises helping me gain a better understanding of myself and develop important tools for personal growth.
The program also helped foster a sense of community among us participants, giving us a space to share our experiences, challenges, and successes. Overall, this yoga teacher training program was a truly life-changing experience for me. It not only gave me the skills and knowledge to teach yoga, but also deepened my own practice and understanding of this ancient discipline. I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone considering yoga teacher training.

January 18, 2024 at 12:00 amMika and Warren inspire us with their incredible knowledge, making them amazing teachers to practice with. I’m thrilled I chose Moksha for my first YTT experience. I wanted to deepen my practice and connect more with yoga, and I left feeling completely satisfied and inspired to make yoga a part of my lifestyle. The training includes a great balance of physical and theoretical teachings, along with guest teachers Radhika and Paula. The best part is, you learn how to embody teaching and confidently lead a class during the course.
