Day 1: Welcome to Nyuh Bali
– You will have a welcome meeting with our retreat specialist at 14:30 to introduce the program.
– After that, you can enjoy some afternoon tea at 16:00.
– At 17:00, there will be various afternoon wellness activities such as sound healing, meditation, or breathwork.
– Dinner will be served at 19:00.
Day 2: Purify your soul
– Start your day with a morning walk to the rice field at 07:00.
– Then, join a morning yoga class at 08:30.
– Breakfast will be served at 10:00.
– Lunch will be at 13:00.
– At 14:00, you will experience a Balinese Purification ceremony with a local priest.
– The afternoon will continue with wellness activities such as sound healing, meditation, or breathwork at 17:00.
– Dinner will be served at 19:00.
Day 3: Stretch and let go
– Begin the day with a morning yoga class at 08:30.
– Breakfast will be served at 10:00.
– You can enjoy leisure activities at 11:00, such as swimming in the pool, exploring the resort, or reading a book at our wellness library.
– Lunch will be at 13:00.
– At 14:00, there will be a private yoga session and yoga consultation with a certified instructor.
– You can also participate in authentic Balinese activities at 15:00, such as a gratitude ceremony or learning to make Balinese seasoning.
– The afternoon will continue with wellness activities such as sound healing, meditation, or breathwork at 17:00.
– Dinner will be served at 19:00.
Day 4: Inhale and exhale

– Join a morning yoga class at 08:30.

Day 5: Relax and rejuvenate

– At 11:30, you can enjoy a spa treatment, including a Mahamaya herbal massage, Boreh ritual wrap, and energizing herbal bath.
– Lunch will be at 14:00.
– You can participate in authentic Balinese activities at 15:00, such as a gratitude ceremony or learning to make Balinese seasoning.
– The afternoon will continue with wellness activities such as sound healing, meditation, or breathwork at 17:00.
– Dinner will be served at 19:00.
Day 6: Spiritual Journey

– At 11:00, embark on a half-day spiritual tour to Gunung Kawi Temple, Mengening, and Sudamala Holy Waterfall (lunch box provided).
– Return to the resort at 16:00.

– Return to the resort at 16:00.

Day 11: Farewell touch
– Join a morning yoga class at 08:30.
– Breakfast will be served at 10:00.
– Relax by the pool at 11:00.
– Departure is at 12:00, but it’s not a goodbye, just a see you again.
What’s included in the half-day spiritual tour are visits to the Gunung Kawi Temple, Mengening Temple, and Sudamala holy waterfall. Plus, we’ll also take you to meet a Balinese healer during your trip.
The retreat will be held at the Ubud Nyuh Bali Resort and Spa, which is located in the picturesque Lodtunduh Village in the South of Ubud. The resort offers a tranquil atmosphere with lush greenery, tropical plants, and beautiful gardens. It’s only 7 kilometers away from Ubud Center, and they also provide a free shuttle service to and from Ubud Center. So, you can easily explore the nearby attractions and immerse yourself in the rich cultural experiences Ubud has to offer.

The breathwork classes, yoga classes, reiki, massages, and the wide range of delicious food options were all amazing. Plus, we got to experience authentic Balinese cultural activities, which added even more value to the program. Tari and the rest of the staff were wonderful too – they were friendly, helpful, and always willing to lend a hand. The resort offers a variety of amazing activities, focusing on both healing and cultural experiences. The gardens are absolutely stunning and provide a soothing atmosphere, the food is top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and understanding.

Some days the schedule at the resort is pretty hectic, while on other days there’s not much to do. I wish I had planned my schedule well in advance to ensure more balance. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’m so thankful to them for checking my room a few times to make sure the bug issue was resolved. I had a fantastic time staying at the pool villa.

Luckily, Tari immediately offered to change my room to a different side to help reduce the noise stress. Thank you, Tari! What I really loved about the resort was how joyful, kind, and friendly everyone was. They always had a smile on their face whenever they saw you, and the whole crew was incredibly respectful, always ready to help and guide. The healing instructors and spa girls were so calming and gave off an amazing energy that transferred to everyone. The resort was perfectly located away from the noise of the city, and it felt like being in a relaxing “jungle.” This was my first time in Bali, and I had the most calming and peaceful experience at this retreat, thanks to the resort’s perfect organization. Thank you, Tari, for taking care of me and making sure I had the best experience. The Balinese activities were a lot of fun and allowed me to learn about valuable local traditions and information. September 13, 2023 at 12:00 amI didn’t like the construction next door, but it wasn’t the resort’s fault. It could get noisy at the restaurant, but it wasn’t a big issue because we had so many activities to enjoy and our own villa.
Oh my gosh, I don’t even know where to start! We loved everything about this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and made sure we had an unforgettable stay. The villa was absolutely stunning! The resort itself is beautiful, but what really made it special were the people. Tari, our retreat coordinator, was amazing. She was so kind and helpful. And the yoga classes with Pebi and the other instructors were fantastic. Pebi is truly incredible. We also had a mind-blowing breathwork session with Gus Wira. He’s seriously amazing. Eca, Arya, and the restaurant staff always greeted us with a smile and provided the best service.
I highly recommend the 10-day Balinese Healing Yoga retreat. It’s a comprehensive package that includes cultural healing activities all over Bali, as well as plenty of time to enjoy the hotel amenities and classes.
The spa services were also incredible. I loved that the retreat included multiple massages, and every single one was amazing!
I am so grateful to the staff for making this one of the best vacations I’ve ever had!

Maybe I missed something about how it was supposed to fit in. Overall, though, the 10-day healing retreat was incredible. There were so many different programs and teachers, and it was an amazing experience. I’m especially grateful for all the great teachers and Tari, who acted like a personal assistant and made sure everything went smoothly. The hotel was fantastic too, with delicious food, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. If you need a break from the city, they even provide a free shuttle service. All in all, the things I experienced during the retreat really helped me in my healing journey. ?

July 28, 2023 at 12:00 amI had an absolutely fantastic experience at Ubud Nyuh Resort for a yoga retreat. It was the perfect place to recharge, gain clarity, and focus on my overall health. The organizers did an outstanding job with the yoga, pilates, reiki, sound healing, and Shirodara treatments. The instructors were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and attentive.
The food at the resort was simply beautiful and the villa I stayed in was wonderful. The kitchen staff were very accommodating, allowing me to tailor my meals to my preferences. I also appreciated the flexibility in scheduling activities throughout my stay.
In the afternoons, there were Balinese cultural lessons which were a nice added touch. The staff leading these lessons were extremely friendly and warm. Everyone at the resort, from the entire team to the helpful and polite staff, went above and beyond to make sure I had an amazing experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Tari for being exceptional throughout my entire stay.
As someone who attended the retreat alone, I can confidently recommend this resort to solo travelers, as well as couples and families. The retreat was well-organized and allowed for a self-paced experience, where I could choose which activities and treatments to engage in. I would definitely consider returning to Ubud Nyuh Resort for another retreat, whether it’s by myself or with loved ones. This resort is perfect for anyone looking to relax, participate in wholesome activities and healing practices, and improve their overall wellbeing and health.

July 11, 2023 at 12:00 amI had an amazing time at the “Ubud Nyhu Bali” for a 6-day Yoga Retreat. As soon as I arrived, I immediately felt at home. My Villa was like paradise with its own pool. The staff was incredible – always smiling, working hard to make me feel comfortable. They were so polite and friendly. And the food was absolutely delicious. The Retreat is like a green oasis, and everything is spotlessly clean. I’m feeling so relaxed now after my time there. I want to give a big thank you to Tari, my Retreat Specialist and Organization Talent. You did such a wonderful job. I also want to thank the guide and driver, Ngurah, and the yoga teacher, Jane. I really appreciated that they provided me with three meals and a snack, but I think others might find it not filling enough. Right from the beginning, the folks at Nyuh Bali Resort made me feel welcome and took care of me. The team there worked well together and had a great work ethic, which made the whole program run smoothly.
The schedule was really flexible, and they made sure to serve me three meals, a snack, and a juice every day. The menu had so many tasty options with unique flavors.
I was pleasantly surprised by the sound healing and reiki private sessions. I didn’t know much about these traditional therapies beforehand, so having private sessions at the start really helped me appreciate their effects.
The yoga classes, both private and group, were my absolute favorite. They were beginner-friendly, but by the end of my five days there, I could really see my progress. Ms. Jane’s yoga and sound healing classes were truly amazing. After each session, I felt so rejuvenated and full of energy.
On top of the activities, the facilities like the pools, restaurant, and spa were top-notch. They even exceeded my expectations.
I want to give a special shoutout to Tari, who took care of me throughout the entire program. She organized my sessions, made sure I had tasty meals, suggested helpful activities, and overall made my experience even more relaxing than I could have imagined.
I absolutely loved being able to spend my days surrounded by nature’s sounds and without a care in the world. I am definitely coming back again. The whole experience was truly incredible!
