Mens Travel Retreat believes in three pillars: mind, body, and fun. When you go on a solo trip and explore Thailand, a world different from what you’ve known in the West, your mind expands and fills you with pure joy. Our goal at Mens Travel Retreat is to not only provide a curated retreat experience but also to empower you with the tools needed to overcome any obstacles that come your way even after you return home. We limit our retreat to only 10 guys so that we can connect with you personally and offer the best possible service throughout this incredible journey.
The three pillars of this retreat include the mind, body, and fun activities.
For the mind, guests can learn to meditate in a religion and dogma-free practice. They can also attend therapy sessions with licensed partners, participate in men’s sharing circles, and try Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). Additionally, there are workshops focused on communication.
To take care of the body, there are light yoga and Yin classes every two days, as well as massages, breath-work classes, ice baths, and gym sessions. Guests can also try Muay Thai, osteopathy, and Reiki.
For fun, there are various activities such as enjoying amazing meals, visiting markets, exploring waterfalls, visiting ethical elephant camps, attending parties, going on snorkel trips, and having free time to explore cities and beaches.
Now let’s look at the itinerary for the retreat:
On Day 1, the guests will be picked up from Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX) and taken to the retreat accommodation. There will be an opening ceremony, followed by a visit to DASH restaurant in the city and the Sunday walking street market. The evening will end at Zoe in Yellow.
