The rooms were below average in cleanliness. I stayed in three different rooms - first, the shared dorms which were probably the best and cleanest. Then, I stayed in two other locations with my own room. In both rooms, the bedding was dirty. The first had blood on it, almost looking like someone had squashed a mosquito full of blood on the sheets. The second had white stains on the dark blanket that almost looked like sex juice. Both rooms were supposed to have hot water and AC. The shower in the first room didn't work, and even after getting it fixed, there was no hot water. The AC was broken in the second room. I have to give credit to the staff though - when I brought up the issues, they had maintenance come in to fix the problems in the next few hours.
The staff was mostly nice, but the owner seemed quite rude. I was in the common area chatting on my phone when he rudely told me to leave while he was talking to the staff, gesturing aggressively for me to go. Some of the yoga teachers were lovely, but a few were downright arrogant and rude. One class felt like the teacher was a drill sergeant, and in another class, the teacher pushed me into a pose I wasn't ready for, hurting my back. Pretty dangerous! Luckily, no serious damage done. Most of the yoga classes were good, but some teachers were horrible. The food at the restaurant was healthy and fresh. The location was great! I appreciated that the accommodation was smoke and alcohol-free, attracting lots of health-conscious like-minded people. This created a great vibe with plenty of interesting people to talk to. Overall, a great hangout spot.

The yoga instructor is fantastic, and the facilities are beautiful. Plus, they serve delicious creative vegan food.
