I teach yoga in the United States and have experience with many different styles. Instructors typically want you to follow their moves and instructions, but I believe yoga should be your own practice. Some instructors even push students into poses, which I find concerning.
If you have food restrictions or allergies, be cautious! I am lactose intolerant and despite repeatedly saying no cheese, I was still served cheese. There wasn't much variety in the food options and there were additional costs involved.
The massage was incredible, and all the therapists were fantastic. However, I wouldn't recommend getting a manicure or pedicure as things seemed a little unsanitary.

When it comes to food, be careful if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. I am lactose intolerant and despite repeatedly saying, 'no cheese,' I was still served it. There wasn't much variety, and there were additional costs for some items.
The massages were amazing and all the therapists were fantastic. However, I wouldn't recommend getting a mani-pedi as things seemed a bit unsanitary.
The staff of the resort is incredibly friendly and always there to help. They genuinely care about their customers and strive to exceed their expectations in ensuring satisfaction. The resort itself is absolutely lovely and provides a relaxing atmosphere. Oh, and you won't believe how amazing the outdoor spa is!
This place isn't just a yoga retreat - it's actually an amazing hotel where you can also take yoga lessons if you want! But when we were there, none of the other guests seemed interested in yoga. It was just us and one other person who joined the yoga class. Honestly, I don't think I would call it a proper yoga retreat. There are plenty of other hotels in Bali that offer the same thing. But let me tell you, the staff here are super helpful and will go above and beyond for you. And the hotel and pool? Absolutely fabulous!
Their restaurant charges a lot for food and the breakfast they offer is really small. The facilities smell bad and it ruins the peaceful atmosphere. But the location is amazing and the yoga teachers are fantastic. I had a really nice and comfortable room (single private).
