Der ständige Baustellenlärm hat mich genervt, aber dank der liebevollen Unterstützung der Teilnehmerinnen und Yogalehrer bin ich über mich hinausgewachsen und habe Dinge gewagt, die vorher unmöglich schienen.
The constant construction noise. Thanks to the loving support of the participants and yoga instructors, I have grown beyond myself and dared to do things that seemed impossible before.
I recently attended a 3-week, 21-day, 200-hour Yoga teacher training in Ubud Bali. It was a fantastic experience, even for beginners like myself. The instructor was knowledgeable, passionate, and dedicated to helping beginners like me improve. The vegetarian food provided was good, but the vegan options could use more variety and larger portions. Yoga mats were provided, and the class sizes were small. The basic facilities were good, but there is room for improvement, such as having a water dispenser and universal plug availability. The location was excellent. I paid $30 for airport pick-up, but it is possible to arrange your own transportation by taking a taxi from the airport and providing a landmark for reference. I recommend carrying USD or EUR to avoid extra charges. The local tours were flexible and overall, I highly recommend this training program.
I think it's a bit excessive to charge extra for a single room that ends up being a room with two small beds. In the end, I couldn't avoid the noise while sleeping because the walls are thin and you can hear the noises from adjacent rooms. It's ideal if you plan on sharing a room.
Nothing! But to improve, I would suggest delving deeper into the evening meditation class, there might be something to "review" maybe. And making sure to have a variety of classes for students who stay longer. I spent 3 weeks at One Yoga and loved feeling at home, in a safe and caring atmosphere, surrounded by good vibes. The smiles of every teacher, staff, student, and person I met throughout the day are just as important as the high-quality classes, and the rejuvenating living space. Everything was perfect, a haven of peace.
