I had a fantastic 10-day stay at this place, with the yin classes and breakfast buffet standing out as my favorite amenities. I also appreciated the daily room cleaning, mosquito repellent, shampoo/body soap, and spa services provided. The staff were incredibly kind, as were the other guests I met at the restaurant, making it easy to make new friends. I regret not being able to say goodbye to the staff before leaving abruptly. This place was truly the peaceful paradise I was seeking in Bali. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Hello there! I just have to say, Bliss Yoga is hands down the best yoga studio I have ever experienced. I have tried many studios during my travels, but none have compared to the results I have achieved at Bliss Yoga.
In just two months, I have been able to master splits, twists, and head/hand stands – things I never thought possible before. The teachers, Eka and Merta, are absolute gems. They thoroughly explain each asana and provide necessary adjustments to help you achieve the proper position. Thanks to their guidance, I have been able to alleviate my neck pain and even find relief for my injured leg.
My favorite classes include nails standing, vinyasa, and hatha yoga. Starting with these classes will not only improve your physical health, but also leave you feeling refreshed and in great shape. I highly recommend Bliss Yoga to everyone – you won't regret it!
I had a wonderful time at the evening yin class. It was so great that I even fell asleep during the final savasana - that's how amazing it was! The teacher is incredibly knowledgeable and she shares her unique perspective on yin, which I found both fascinating and enjoyable to practice.
