I really didn't like the living conditions of the staff. They really need to be changed. They should pay them way better (considering the price we pay to go there) and give them rooms with fewer people and air conditioning. The energy of the people you meet in a yoga retreat is absolutely beautiful. I learned a lot from all my classmates and we were constantly exchanging questions and positive energy. I changed both physically and mentally, becoming much more flexible and learning to live in the present, which I love.
India is not the cleanest or most organized country, but if you have a good attitude, you will enjoy it a lot. To be honest, it all depends on you. It's an entire experience that I absolutely recommend. Thank you very much for this experience.
