The Firefly Retreat made me feel incredibly at ease. Despite my lack of yoga experience, I was initially hesitant. However, the yoga classes catered well to beginners and quickly put me at ease. The rest of the program was thoughtfully designed and wonderfully executed. The value for the price exceeded my expectations. It was hard to say goodbye, as I left feeling incredibly relaxed after a week at the retreat.
