The rooms were below average in cleanliness. I stayed in three different rooms. The shared dorms were probably the best and cleanest. The other two rooms I stayed in had dirty bedding. The first room had blood stains on the sheets, while the second had white stains that looked questionable. Both rooms were supposed to have hot water and AC. In the first room, the shower didn't work and when it was fixed, there was no hot water. The AC in the second room was broken. The staff were mostly nice, although the owner seemed quite rude. I was asked to leave the common area by the owner in a rude manner. Some yoga teachers were lovely, but a few were arrogant. One class felt like a boot camp and another teacher pushed me into a pose that hurt my back. The food at the restaurant was healthy and fresh. The location was great. I liked that the accommodation was smoke and alcohol-free, attracting health-conscious people and plenty of interesting conversations. Overall, it was a great place to hang out.
The rooms were not very clean. I stayed in three different rooms - first the shared dorms which were probably the best and cleanest. Then in two other locations with my own room. In both rooms, the bedding was dirty. The first had blood on it, almost like someone had squashed a mosquito full of blood on the sheets. The second had white stains on the dark blanket that almost looked like sex juice. Both rooms were supposed to have hot water and AC. The shower in the first room didn't work and even after it was fixed, there was no hot water. The AC in the second room was broken. I have to give credit to the staff, though. They sent maintenance to fix the problems in just a few hours after I brought them up.
Most of the staff were nice, but the owner seemed quite rude. Once, when I was in the common area chatting on my phone, he rudely told me to leave while he was talking to the staff and gestured aggressively. Some of the yoga teachers were lovely, but a few were arrogant and rude. In one class, the teacher seemed like a drill sergeant, and in another, she tried to adjust me into a pose I wasn't ready for, hurting my back. That was pretty dangerous! Luckily, there was no serious damage. Most of the yoga classes were good, but some teachers were horrible.
The food at the restaurant was healthy and fresh, and the location was great! I liked that the accommodation was smoke and alcohol-free, attracting like-minded people who were health-conscious, creating a great vibe with plenty of interesting people to talk to. It was a great hangout spot!

Most of the staff were nice, but the owner seemed pretty rude. He kicked me out of the common area when he was talking to the staff. Some of the yoga teachers were great, but others were arrogant and rude. One class felt like boot camp, and another teacher forced me into a pose that hurt my back. Most of the yoga classes were good, but some teachers were terrible.

The yoga instructor is fantastic, the facilities are beautiful, and the vegan food is creative and delicious.
