The internet connection was worse than I expected. It was unstable and caused me some difficulties. The atmosphere there is great, with instructors who bring unique energy to the place. All the practice facilities are top-notch! The food is incredible! The staff are so kind and helpful. There's no strict ideology, just a focus on being healthy and relaxed.
