  • However, many students experienced diarrhea while staying here, not sure if it's due to adjusting to India or just a general food issue. The teachers teach with enthusiasm and embody a yogi lifestyle and mindset. They have created a stimulating environment that encourages the exchange of thoughts among students. I've learned a lot about myself and life during my time here. Additionally, they go beyond the official 200-hour requirement, teaching us about topics like Ayurveda (which I love!) and yoga therapy (usually covered in a 300-hour program).

However, many students experienced diarrhea while staying here, unsure if it's due to India's climate or a general issue with the food. The teachers teach enthusiastically and embody a yogi lifestyle and mindset. They have created a positive environment that encourages students to exchange thoughts and ideas. I have learned a great deal about myself and life during my time here. Additionally, the teachers go beyond the official 200-hour requirement, teaching us about Ayurveda (which I love!), yoga therapy (part of the 300-hour course), and more.

The teachers teach enthusiastically and demonstrate a yogi lifestyle and mindset themselves. They create a great environment that encourages students to exchange thoughts and ideas. I've learned a lot about myself and life here. • The electricity kept going out. I was able to deal with that.

We went without water for days. It was tough to get through, but I managed.

I slipped and fell on the stairs because there were no railings. I told the staff about it after a nasty fall, and they just laughed and blamed the language barrier for their lack of understanding. That's just not acceptable.

The lack of cleanliness in the kitchen made everyone sick. Unforgivable.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. Inexcusable.

There was no organization for the Sunday excursion, but I guess that's just how things are in India.

I could go on, but I'd rather not think about that experience again. The only positive thing to come out of it was the teachers.
