I didn't like the living conditions of the staff. It's something that really needs to change. They should be paid way better (considering the price we pay to go there) and get rooms with fewer people and AC. The energy of the people you meet in a yoga retreat is absolutely beautiful. I learned a lot from all my classmates and we were constantly sharing questions and very nice energy. I changed both physically and mentally because I got way more flexible and started learning how to live in the present, and I love it. India is not the cleanest or most organized country, but if you have a good attitude, you will enjoy it a lot. Honestly, it all depends on you. When the rooms are delivered, several people complain that there are no bed linens or towels. The rooms look like the pictures but they are not very clean. You ask the staff about it and they are very nice, but everything is very dirty and well-used. Everyone has to buy their own toilet paper. When you try to wash your clothes, it takes forever for them to dry because there is nowhere to hang them and it's really uncomfortable to have all that clutter in the room. If they fixed those details, the stay would be wonderful. The teachers are really good, and it's nice to meet classmates from all over the world. The school's location is great.
