I'm leaving Aayaa yoga, but don't worry, I'll be back soon. I absolutely loved everything about it! The teachers, staff, location, food, facilities, yoga, meditation, Pranayama, morning jal neti, asana - they all exceeded my expectations. A big thank you to Aayaa yoga!

I attended the Ashtanga Intermediate class, hoping for the proper Ashtanga Intermediate sequence, but unfortunately, it resembled more of a beginner's Hatha Vinyasa class. The level was far from intermediate. As someone who appreciates more demanding yoga practices, I found the class quite unexciting. If you're seeking an advanced yoga experience, it would be advisable to explore other yoga studios.
I stayed in a room that was essentially the common room, with people chatting away on the phone every night until late. The lack of windows only added to the extra heat in the room. But what made it really special was the range of classes on offer and the amazing community of fellow travelers.
