Join us for an amazing week filled with beautiful yoga classes, where you can find balance, rest, and appreciation for nature while enjoying delicious and healthy food. We have carefully arranged a special retreat for you, which includes three nights in the picturesque Ubud.
Take in the stunning beauty of Bali, as you form close connections with a small group of around ten individuals who share your interests. This intimate setting ensures that you will have the best experience possible and have the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals.

Program
Hey, here’s a sample schedule for you. Just a heads up, none of the activities are mandatory and they might change. If you want some alone time, feel free to take it whenever.
Schedule:
Day 1:
– Unpack and unwind after arrival.
– We’ll have an introduction and welcome circle.
– Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink.
– End the day with a delicious dinner.
Day 2:
– Optional morning walk at 7:00 am.
– Join our morning yoga and meditation session at 8:00 am.
– Breakfast is served at 9:30 am.
– From 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, we’ll have a traditional Balinese purification ritual.
– At 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, you have free time to explore Ubud center or take some me-time. Dinner is also an option.
Day 3:
– Start the day with a morning walk in a beautiful Balinese village and rice fields at 7:00 am.
– Join our morning yoga and meditation session at 8:00 am.
– Breakfast is served at 9:30 am.
– At 11:00 am, enjoy a complimentary spa treatment.
– Lunchtime is at 1:00 pm.
– In the afternoon at 2:30 pm, you can experience a Balinese cooking class.
– In the evening at 5:00 pm, take some me-time, explore Ubud, or just relax at the resort. Dinner is available too.
Day 4:
– Join our morning yoga and meditation session at 8:00 am.
– Breakfast is served at 9:30 am.
– Check-out and departure is at 11:00 am.
Included excursions

You can visit the holy water temple for purification purposes, take a sound healing journey while walking through beautiful rice paddies, explore the cultural center of Ubud in the afternoon, and even join a Balinese cooking class.

Food is an important element that plays a crucial role in energizing our bodies. During this trip, we will provide you with two meals each day: breakfast and lunch. The quality and types of food we offer have a direct impact on your physical and mental well-being. It’s all about nourishing your body!
As part of the package, we include daily breakfast and lunch. But that’s not all – we want to take you to the best food spots in Ubud that cater to different dietary preferences. Whether you’re into raw, vegan, vegetarian, or Ayurvedic cuisine, we’ve got you covered. It’s all about finding food that feeds your soul!
Oh, and if you have any specific food requests, just let us know! We’ll do our best to arrange it for you whenever we can. We want to make sure you have a delightful dining experience throughout the trip.

“You will have access to 2 meals a day, including breakfast and lunch. We offer free Wi-Fi for your convenience. You can also enjoy pool access during your stay. We provide daily yoga and mindfulness sessions to help you relax and find inner peace. Plus, you’ll receive a complimentary 1-hour Balinese relaxing massage. You’ll have the opportunity to visit the Holy water temple and experience its tranquility. Our expert instructors will work with you on alignment and foundation. You can also embark on a sound healing journey to rejuvenate your spirit. Take a leisurely walk among the beautiful rice paddies. Connect with your inner self during a silence walk. Your 3-night accommodation comes with breakfast and lunch included. We believe in nourishing your spirit with self-love and connection. We provide convenient pick-up and drop-off service to the airport in Denpasar on the day of your arrival and departure. We keep our groups small, with a maximum of 10 people, to ensure the best experience. Additionally, all transportation within Bali is covered for the group.”
What's not included
You need to purchase flight tickets, travel insurance, and cover personal expenses. Don’t forget to treat yourself to a nice dinner and leave tips. If you plan to explore on your day off, make sure to arrange your own transport. Also, keep in mind any personal expenses like using the mini bar in the hotel.
