Some days at the resort have a busy schedule while other days are pretty relaxed. I wish I had planned my schedule better so it would be more balanced. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Luckily, Tari quickly offered to change my room to a quieter side. I appreciated her quick response! I really enjoyed the incredibly cheerful, kind, and friendly staff. They always had a smile on their faces and were always willing to help. The healing instructors and spa staff had a calming energy that was truly special. The resort’s location away from the city noise made it feel like a peaceful jungle retreat. This was my first time in Bali, and I had a relaxing and peaceful experience thanks to the perfectly organized retreat. The villa was gorgeous and the resort as a whole is just beautiful. The people there are the best part – Tari, Pebi, Gus Wira, Eca, Arya, and all the restaurant staff were amazing. I highly recommend the 10-day Balinese Healing Yoga retreat, it’s a complete package with cultural activities and great amenities. The spa services were fantastic too, especially the massages. Maybe I missed some explanation about the process. I booked the 10-day healing retreat with various programs and teachers, and it was an amazing experience. I’m grateful for all the great teachers and Tari, who was like a personal assistant, ensuring everything went smoothly. The hotel was fantastic with delicious food, friendly people, and it was so peaceful. If you need to get away from the city, they offer a free shuttle service. The activities, such as yoga, pilates, reiki, sound healing, and Shirodara treatments, were all organized and delivered exceptionally well. The staff who led the activities and healings were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. The food was delicious and the villa was amazing. If you wanted something different on the menu, the kitchen was happy to accommodate, and there was flexibility throughout your stay to fit your own schedule. The Balinese cultural lessons in the afternoons were a nice touch, led by friendly and warm staff. The entire team at the resort was exceptionally attentive, helpful, polite, and lovely. A special thank you to Tari for being incredible throughout the experience.
I attended the retreat on my own and I can definitely recommend this resort for solo travelers, couples, and families. The retreat was well-organized and the self-paced aspect was beneficial if you didn’t want to participate in every activity or treatment. My Villa was a Paradise with its own Pool, and the Staff were incredible – always smiling, working hard to make sure you felt comfortable, and they were so polite and friendly. The food was absolutely delicious. The Retreat is a green oasis and everything is kept clean. I had an amazing time and now I feel so relaxed.

I appreciated having 3 meals and a snack each day, although I can see how it might not be enough for others. The hospitality and warm welcome I received at Nyuh Bali Resort made a great first impression. The team worked well together to make the program run smoothly and relaxing.
The schedule was tailored to fit my needs, with 3 meals, a snack, and juice served daily. The menu offered a variety of delicious options. I was pleasantly surprised by the private sound healing and reiki sessions, which I hadn’t tried before. Having these sessions at the start helped me understand and appreciate their effects better.
The yoga sessions, both private and group, were a highlight for me. The pace was perfect for beginners, and I could see my progress after just 5 days. Ms. Jane’s classes were fantastic, leaving me feeling energized and refreshed.
The resort’s facilities, including the pools, restaurant, and spa, exceeded my expectations. A big shoutout to Tari for taking care of everything from start to finish, organizing my sessions, meals, and activities, making my experience even more relaxing.
I loved being able to unwind and listen to nature’s sounds without a worry in the world. I can’t wait to return – the whole experience was truly incredible!
