At Aayaa Yoga, we strive to spread this practice to everyone. We offer a short yet informative course for guests who aspire to learn this beautiful practice but don’t have the time for a full 200 hours. In this course, we split the 200 hours into three parts, allowing for a more flexible schedule.
Program
Welcome to Aaayaa, the ultimate destination for all your queries! We’re here to provide answers for your heart and soul. Join our community of Aayaa yogis who are changing the world and preparing for any pandemic.
Here’s the daily schedule at Aaayaa:
– From 6:30 to 8:30, we have Kriyas, Pranayama, Aerial, and Ashtanga sessions.
– Enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:30 to 9:30.
– From 10:00 to 11:20, we offer Philosophy and Teaching Methodology classes.
– Dive into the Asana clinic, Adjustment, and Practicum from 11:30 to 13:30.
– Take a break and have lunch from 13:30 to 15:30.
– From 15:30 to 16:20, join our Anatomy and Physiology class.
– Get ready for an energizing Asana class focused on Aerial and Ashtanga from 16:30 to 18:00.
– Wind down the day with Meditation, Kirtan, Ayurveda, or Group Discussion from 18:30 to 19:30.
– Enjoy a delicious dinner from 19:30 to 20:00.
– Use the time from 20:00 to 21:00 to study and expand your knowledge.

Retreat location
Come join us at Aayaa Yoga in the heart of Ubud! Our retreat is nestled amidst the beautiful rice fields, away from the busy streets, so you can enjoy a peaceful stay. Bali is well-known for its spiritual and physical beauty, making it the perfect destination for learning and practicing yoga. Food
The kind of food you eat shapes your mind, body, and soul. That’s why we’ve taken great care in managing our food at Aayaa Yoga. We’ve chosen food that meets the specific needs of yoga practitioners, while also considering nutritional values and following Ayurvedic guidelines. Our spread of Sattvik and Rajasik food not only satisfies your taste buds but also nourishes your soul and mind. Throughout the day, we provide purified drinking water, tea, and coffee. We also accommodate food allergies and offer options for vegan and gluten-free diets. Your meals at Aayaa Yoga include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and drinks.
What's included
– We provide accommodation for 14 nights.
– You will receive a certificate upon completion of the 100-hour course.
– We will provide you with a manual and all the necessary materials.
– You will have access to the house amenities, such as the swimming pool.
– Enjoy three meals a day with beverages.
– Help yourself to unlimited tea, coffee, and purified drinking water.
– We will pick you up from Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS).

What's not included
They will cover the costs of airfare, visa, laundry, personal expenses, and dropping you off at the airport.
