Hey there! If you’ve already completed a 200-hour teacher training program and have a strong foundation in Kundalini yoga, then this 300-hour training is perfect for you. By the end of the training, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of the science of Kundalini, the chakra system, and the techniques to balance and activate the energy centers.
So, who can join this course? Well, if you’ve been practicing yoga for a while or even a long time but don’t have knowledge of anatomy, the foundation of the asanas, and yoga philosophy, don’t worry, you’re still welcome to join. Even if you don’t want to be a yoga teacher but simply desire to deepen your own yoga practice and knowledge, this course is for you too.
During the program, you’ll have a tight schedule with around 6 to 7 hours of training each day dedicated to different aspects of yoga. It can be intense, but also incredibly enlightening. Depending on the yoga school, your mornings may start as early as 5:30 a.m. with meditation, yoga postures, and maybe some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy. Chanting and pranayama will also be included. Plus, you’ll be provided with delicious yoga meals, fruit refreshments, and green tea. Expect daily written homework to deepen your knowledge. And don’t forget, sleeping early is encouraged for your yogic practice.
Once you arrive, you’ll be welcomed with refreshing drinks and fruits. If you arrive during meal times, you can enjoy eating in the dining hall. If you’re staying in another hotel, the school can help arrange transportation for you. They’re there to assist with anything you need, just let them know!
Oh, and if you need to leave early due to an emergency or other situation, don’t worry. The school can arrange for you to complete the course requirements in time, or if it’s more than a day or two, you can finish the course online and receive your certificate after passing the examination. Unfortunately, no refunds are available for early departures without completing the course.
Remember, Sundays are free and you’ll have excursion tours arranged for you. You’ll receive breakfast and can explore the local cafes and restaurants for lunch and dinner.

Getting around from the resort is a breeze, allowing you to easily explore and visit attractions like the famous Goa Gajah – the elephant temple. Ubud is renowned as Bali’s cultural hub, boasting the highest concentration of art galleries on the island. It’s also a hub for skilled metalsmiths and jewelers. Bali and India have a great reputation for their amazing food. In Ayurveda, they teach us how our diet can help balance our bodies. Different foods affect our various systems and elements. At Bali Yoga Retreat, students will be treated to delicious and nutritious meals. The kitchen team, guided by the Ashram, prepares food with a spiritual touch. They strictly avoid using meat, eggs, and alcohol in their kitchen. They also encourage students to abstain from these items during their stay. Most of the dishes served are vegetarian.
Let’s talk about meal times. Breakfast is from 9:00 to 10:00, lunch is from 13:00 to 14:00, and dinner is from 19:00 to 20:00. And don’t worry about staying hydrated because there is always pure filtered water available for students, 24/7, and it’s free of charge.
