January 17, 2023 at 12:00 amI sometimes felt like there wasn’t always room for questions and that the instructors weren’t always accessible.
There was a difference between the students. Some had no 200YTT and teaching experience. The staff always had a smile, worked hard, and kept things tidy. The toilets were checked multiple times a day. Beds were made every day and fresh towels and a fresh bed were provided twice a week.
The instructors shared their personal stories, like the silence and kundalini/tantra retreats. I loved the philosophy lectures, especially about the nervous system/fascia, Ayurveda, and PRANAYAMA!
I learned a lot about myself, embarked on an inner journey, and gained many new insights. Thank you for that! Overall, it was an amazing experience that I’m extremely grateful for. It was the perfect 300-hour YTT for me. Samyama’s vision was exactly what I was looking for – energetic work and teachings.

December 21, 2022 at 12:00 amThere’s nothing we could have changed. The humidity is always there, but it makes the vegetation so beautiful. People, philosophy, and real connections. The quality of education and food. We feed our minds and our stomachs equally well. The place is close to everything.

December 6, 2022 at 12:00 amI loved everything about it. I feel a deep gratitude for being able to experience this. It was a time to meet, learn, and accept myself. To be present in the here and now for 4 weeks. The teachers provided personal and heartfelt guidance. The knowledge gained from learning about yoga has a profound meaning that I had no idea about before Samyama. I am deeply thankful for the profound life-changing experiences.

August 9, 2022 at 12:00 amThis experience truly changed my life. I’ve been practicing yoga for a while, but I’ve never met such genuine, soulful, wise, skillful, and loving group of teachers before. Each teacher adds their own value and personality to the program, making it a transformative experience on many levels. I’m really impressed with how well they balanced all the training elements. We had time and space for theory, practice, deep self-reflection, and even fun. You could really feel that these teachers truly live what they teach. Spending this month with them was an incredible learning experience that I’m grateful for. Thank you!
The community that formed during the training was so supportive and inspiring, and it continues even after the course.
I loved that the training took place outside of the busy streets, surrounded by beautiful rice paddies (but still close enough to enjoy Ubud if you wanted).
The food was absolutely amazing. What a treat!
Having a driver waiting for me when I arrived in Bali was such a lovely touch.

July 13, 2022 at 12:00 amI had an amazing experience at Samyama, way more than I could have ever imagined. The Yoga Teachers and the entire team at Samyama are such caring and compassionate people. They truly live and breathe yoga both on and off the mat. The accommodation and the three vegan meals a day added to the perfection of my 200 hours teacher training. The team takes care of everything, allowing you to fully focus on your yoga journey. The support I received from my fellow classmates was incredible. I am incredibly grateful to have discovered this oasis in the beautiful Balinese paradise. I highly recommend it! I am definitely returning next year for the 300 hours program to continue my spiritual path with these amazing friends and the Sanga I found at Samyama. ??

April 3, 2022 at 12:00 amRooms without AC have an issue with humidity, which can lead to mold. It’d be really helpful if these rooms could be provided with dehumidifiers right away. The training and overall atmosphere were fantastic and far surpassed any expectations I had. I’m incredibly grateful for this amazing experience!
