Hey there! If you’re looking to kickstart your yoga journey and career, this training in Bali is perfect for you. The syllabus is designed to cover all the important topics in both theory and practice. You’ll dive into essential aspects of yoga like asana practice, pranayama, meditation, basic anatomy, and yoga philosophy. It’s a comprehensive program that will give you a strong foundation in yoga principles.

During the training, you’ll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in daily yoga and meditation sessions. These sessions will help you connect with yourself on a deeper level, increase flexibility, and enhance mindfulness.

Not only will you be learning and practicing yoga, but you’ll also be joining a supportive community of like-minded individuals who share your passion. You’ll build meaningful connections and friendships that go beyond the training.

Now, let’s take a look at the syllabus. First up, we have the six purificatory techniques known as shatkarma. These practices are important to balance the dosas before diving into pranayama. They include jal neti, sutra neti, agnisara kriya, kapalbhati kriya, and tratka.

Speaking of pranayama, you’ll learn various breathing techniques to help reduce stress, anxiety, and fatigue. These techniques will also revitalize your body, improve blood circulation, and enhance concentration. Some of the techniques you’ll explore include nadi shodan pranayama, surya bheda pranayama, and bhastrika pranayama.

The training also incorporates the study of Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest healing systems. You’ll learn about the history of Ayurveda, the concept of doshas, daily Ayurvedic routines, and more.

Now, let’s move on to the asanas! You’ll be introduced to Hatha yoga and learn various traditional poses, their benefits, modifications, and contraindications. From tadasana to shavasana, you’ll explore a wide range of asanas.

Meditation plays a crucial role in yoga, and you’ll be introduced to different meditation techniques. These techniques will help you achieve a clear and calm state of mind, leading to a higher state of consciousness.

To understand the human body’s anatomy and how it relates to yoga, the training covers topics like skeletal systems, muscular systems, and respiratory systems. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how yogic practices affect different parts of the body.

In addition to all these practices and knowledge, you’ll also learn about yoga philosophy and ethics. You’ll explore the different schools of Indonesian philosophies and dive into the teachings of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.

Teaching practice is an essential part of the training, and you’ll have the chance to practice your teaching skills in front of your peers and teachers. You’ll also learn about teaching methodology, including class planning, creating a positive environment, and effective communication.

Mantra chanting is another aspect of the training. You’ll learn various mantras and their significance in generating positive vibrations and connecting with the universe.
