There will be an initiation ceremony to the Yoga Tradition on the first day of the course. After taking a shower every students have to dress white and join the opening ceremony. The Pandit ji and Guru ji himself take you through the amazing experience. Gayatri initiation with the energy transmission called shaktipat will be given. Evaluation and certification
Yoga is not just an academic education but it is a life education. In order to qualify for this advanced 300 hour training program, the following criteria has to be achieved:
- The student has to be certified in the 300 hour training program with a certified yoga school
- As this is an advanced course, the student has to be present for all lectures
- All written assignments has to be submitted timeously
- Conduct a full yoga session to the class
- A pass mark to be achieved in the exam at the end of the course
Daily schedule
The program follows a tight schedule where almost each of the 6 to 7 training hours in the day are assigned to some aspect of yoga. You could find the training intensive but enlightening. Depending on the yoga school the mornings can begin as early as 5:30 a.m. with meditation followed by some yoga postures and maybe some classes or lectures in philosophy or anatomy. Chanting and pranayama are also part of the schedule. During training you are provided with two to three yoga meals, fruit refreshments and green tea. Daily written homework is also the norm as that is how you gain in-depth knowledge of the subject. Sleeping early is encouraged as that is part of yogic practice.

Students will receive welcome drinks upon arrival. Fruits will be at the reception desk and students can take freely. If students arrive during breakfast, lunch or dinner they are welcome to eat in the dining hall. For students coming from other hotels you are able to offer the car or scooter to pick you up and can help with anything you need, just let them know.

Sunday is free day and you have excursion tours arranged which are part of the full program. All are included in your course fees. On Sundays you will receive only breakfast and you can enjoy your lunch and dinner outside in the many beautiful cafes and restaurants.
