Indonesia Yoga Teacher Training
If you’re interested in experiencing the transformative practice of Kundalini yoga, I highly recommend choosing the 200-hour Kundalini yoga teacher training in Bali. This training offers a comprehensive curriculum that covers the philosophy, practice, and teaching methodology of Kundalini yoga.
Program
In this Kundalini yoga training, experienced teachers will lead you through advanced practices such as kriyas, meditations, and pranayama. While staying in Bali, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy daily Kundalini yoga classes, workshops, and excursions to explore the island. You’ll also learn about teaching Kundalini yoga and enhance your teaching skills through practice teaching and feedback sessions.
The program follows a tight schedule, with each day filled with six to seven hours of yoga. It may be intense but very enlightening. To attend the orientation program, it’s recommended to arrive at least a day before the course starts. The course begins with a yoga ritual at 10:30 a.m. on the first day and concludes with a graduation ceremony at 11:30 a.m. on the last day, so it’s best to plan your departure for the evening.
Depending on the yoga school, mornings can start as early as 5:30 a.m. with meditation, yoga postures, and classes or lectures on philosophy or anatomy. Chanting and pranayama are also included. The training provides two to three yoga meals, fruit refreshments, and green tea each day. You’ll also be given daily written homework to gain in-depth knowledge of the subject.
It’s encouraged to prioritize getting enough sleep, as it’s an essential part of the yogic practice. You’ll also have to read a few books during the course, which you can choose to do before your arrival or once you’re at the school. Since students come from different parts of the world, English is likely their second language, but the course is easily understandable, and the teachers are always available to assist you. If you have an emergency and need to skip a class, make sure to inform the teacher.
Who can join this course?
– If you are new to yoga, no specific background is required; being eager to learn is enough.
– If you have been practicing yoga for a while.
– If you have been practicing yoga for a long time but lack knowledge of anatomy, the foundation of asanas, and yoga philosophy.

In case you need to leave the course early, arrangements can be made to fulfill the remaining requirements on a modified schedule or through online completion, followed by the issuance of your certificate.
