Program
Come and treat yourself with Teresa and Kes in this beautiful place on earth and discover the love within. They will support you on your journey of self-discovery, whether you want to deepen your yoga practice or cleanse and purify your body.
Here’s a sample schedule for your retreat:
– You’ll arrive on Sunday.
– From Monday to Friday, you’ll have a daily course schedule:
– Start your day at 07:30 with Mysore ashtanga.
– Then at 09:30, you’ll do pranayama and meditation.
– From 11:30 to 12:30, you’ll have sessions on philosophy, chanting, and Ayurveda.
– On Saturday, you’ll have:
– An 08:00 led ashtanga session.
– Then, enjoy an Ayurvedic massage with reiki healing.

Retreat location
The island of Koh Phangan in Thailand has white-sand beaches and crystal waters, making it an ideal destination for a yoga holiday or wellness journey. You can easily walk to the beaches from your accommodation, which adds to the convenience.
Food
The price does not include meals, but don’t worry! They have a fantastic cafe on-site where you can grab breakfast and lunch. You’ll find a range of tasty options from raw, vegan, and wholesome breakfasts to mouthwatering dishes like pancakes, omelets, and a great variety of traditional Thai cuisine. And oh, you should definitely try their popular and delicious vegetarian Indian buffet every Friday night at 19:00, although it’s not included in the price.
What's included
We offer an Ashtanga yoga healing course, which includes 5 Mysore Ashtanga yoga classes and 1 led Ashtanga class. You can also join our Pranayama and meditation course, as well as our philosophy, chanting, and Ayurveda course. To help you relax, we provide 1 Ayurvedic massage with reiki healing. Plus, you’ll have 6 nights of accommodation.
What's not included
We’ll provide transportation to and from the retreat. We’ll take care of all your food and drinks. We’ll also cover the cost of your airfare.

July 27, 2023 at 12:00 amI felt very uplifted, it is very authentic. Simple, clean, and not artificial. In Mysore, they corrected me at the right places, and now I know more about what I can work on. Tereza did philosophy and pranayama with me, which was so lovely, and I had an exceptionally good Ayurveda massage and Reiki. The food is prepared with heart and cooked with good products. Thank you so much for enriching my time in Thailand.

I came here because I was feeling a bit worn out after partying too much on the island. The 7 day detox program really made me feel amazing. I owe a big thanks to Theresa for her support and advice during the program. Both Kes and Theresa are fantastic yoga instructors. Kes leads the energetic Ashtanga yoga classes every morning using the traditional Mysore method (be ready to sweat!). He also provides helpful adjustments. Theresa offers the more gentle Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes in the afternoons, focusing on preparing for meditation. All in all, it was a fabulous experience with fantastic hosts. I left the retreat feeling incredible and grateful that I discovered it!
