Overview
The training takes place six days a week for three weeks. You’ll wake up early and experience the peacefulness of the island. This will help you start your day with meditation and connect with nature and yourself before the rush. A yoga teacher training is more than just a course to learn a new skill. It’s a transformative period of self-reflection, growth, and healing. It can be challenging, especially for beginners or those seeking personal development. With small class sizes of only 10-18 students, Sunny’s teacher training creates a supportive and intimate environment. It’s a safe space to learn, share, push boundaries, and form lasting connections with classmates.
