Food gives life-giving energy to the human body and is an important element impacting your physical and mental well-being. In yoga, we believe that food is more than just nutrition for the body. A proper diet supplements the body with nutrients and takes into consideration the energetic aspect of nutrition.
Have you noticed how the food you eat affects your yoga practice? Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga, can enlighten you on how different foods impact your physical, spiritual, and mental well-being. According to Ayurveda, “sattva” foods promote purity in both mind and body, nurturing the mind, promoting clarity and compassion, and keeping it calm.
A sattvic diet can help sharpen your intellect, as it is light, easy to digest, and filled with purity. This diet fosters positive thoughts and a peaceful mind, keeping you alert and refreshed. August 26, 2023 at 12:00 amWe had to do a little bit of work because there were leaks in some parts of the school due to the massive rainfalls. But we quickly tried to fix everything and the rains this year were unusually strong. The teachers were great. Unfortunately, not all the names are listed here, so I’ll write them down again:
Helpful ReviewHATHA: Ganesh Negi – amazing
Kundalini: Dipendra Tripathi – amazing
philosophy: jk – interesting & funny
The whole team was very attentive and took care of everything quickly. Whether it was about demand and organization, missing items, feeling unwell, power or wifi outage due to the rain, questions, or requests. I can recommend it and you know… different countries… and therefore different qualities… one’s familiar expectations should be left behind before the trip… a great experience, lots of input, lots of knowledge… I’ll take it home with me.

I learned so much in these 85 hours from the awesome teachers that I can now use in my own practice and teaching others. The food is delicious and healthy, the location offers great views of the mountains. I also met some fantastic people I hope to come back for more learning in the future.
