Many students have experienced significant growth in their practice, learning advanced poses such as the headstand under the guidance of our skilled instructors.

In addition to our regular yoga classes, we also offer spiritual classes on the Yoga Sutra early in the morning. These classes are led by Aggun, the owner of Bali Swasthya Yoga Centre, who is known for his deep understanding of yoga philosophy and his ability to impart spiritual wisdom to his students.
